Pillows on floor.

Room was clean, Bed very comfortable, just seemed odd all the pillows were on the floor. Looked like someone forgot to put them back on the bed. The pillows were clean, and bed was made and was very comfortable. Hotel is older, but seems well kept and great for my one night stay.

The check in was quick and easy. It was quiet. The room was not cleaned after the previous guests. The sheets were clean, but there were stains on the sides of the mattresses. There were crumbs and jelly on the floor. There were crumbs on the table. The towels in the bathroom were clean, but there was hair from the previous guest. The shower curtain also had stains.

Check in process was easy and simple. I just didn't like being on 5th floor....lol. That's no fault of the hotel. I understand it was based on the necessary accomodations I needed.

The only nice thing was the woman that checked us in. We go to Busch Gardens a lot and this trip was kind of last minute so options were limited. I thought i would give this place a try. Everything in the hotel was very dilapidated. It smelled very dank. The ac was loud and made weird noises. I killed a roach in the middle of the night when i turned the light on to use the bathroom. One of my daughters got a weird rash on her face, arms, and legs. I think it was from the bedding. The breakfast was a joke. There was warm milk and cereal in a container that was filthy! The juice machine only had water that smelled and the coffee was terrible! I paid in advance so i toughed it out instead of leaving for the second night. My kids are pretty easygoing so they didn't complain so that helped. When we left one of them asked if we were going to stay there again. All 4 of them stared at me waiting for my answer. I swiftly told them no. And also told them we were not staying it that area either. Its really ghetto there!

no the greatest over booked comfront inn and red roof purchased by someone. Running to two establishments together over booked. i to place us at the red roof then said we couldn't get breakfast ecause red roof was not included. Enter my room at 2am while we slept vecause they over booked prior shift didn't inform staff they had to move us. tv doesn't work.breakfast was a mess. grandson dropped aon on the floor asked for a broom he said no!

I had a pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn Newport News/Williamsburg East. The location is convenient for visiting Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast had a good variety of options and the rooms were clean. Overall, it's a good budget-friendly option with satisfactory service and amenities.

Room 226 AC didn’t work really and it was 100 degrees all day. They was someone’s shirt in our bed. They was hair in the bathroom shower on the wall and the refrigerator was broken 1 towel for 4 people. Worst experience I have ever had at any hotel out of thousands. I want my money back

Check in staff had horrible attitude. And he couldnt figure out how to access the expedia credit card to use the payment i made. First 2 keys he gave us didnt work. Whole hotel was hot woth no ac. The room ac was very loud and took forever to cool the room down.
