The room was very small and the noise from the street was much louder than expected. I’ve stayed on bourbon and never had that level of noise. The only mirror in the room was a very small one over a very small sink. The staff was courteous and the room was clean, but for the price we paid, I’ll make a different choice the next time we visit.

Beautiful historic building, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Very walkable location right by the action on Frenchmen St. Unfortunately quite a bit of street noise, even in our room in the back of the building. Mostly car horns/engines and then very loud train whistles early in the morning. We had our white noise phone apps turned up loud. Eye masks also a must since no shade on the bedroom window. Also our queen suite was a bit cooped-up feeling, because the bottom floor window looked out on the stairway where other guests walk by, and the top floor window was frosted so you couldn’t see out of it. Overall a good budget stay.

Staff was incredibly friendly/helpful. The location was pretty good if you wanted to get around town with lots of music to see at night right on French Street. However, the door on the room was hard to get to lock upon leaving the room. The walls are very thin and if you are situated by the lobby, you can hear many of the other folks coming and going. The hot tub was out of commission which was definitely a letdown.

Loved this hotel stay. Staff were friendly & helpful. Enjoyed the sitting areas on the roof top of property as well as the pool area. The room was clean, and served our needs. Would stay again, next time we come back to New Orleans.

Communication is not effective the same day I checked out I called kasa to let them know that I left my bed under the wallet. It has been 48 hours and no one has contacted me back for an emergency situation like this. Everything else was smoothly, but communication is key when having a business and especially within a high priority situation as a wallet

Fantastic location just steps from music on Frenchmen street, lovely walk to French quarter or Bywater and easy streetcar ride to the Garden District. Right next door to hot new Caribbean restaurant where you can get a delicious meal and keep leftovers in the fridge to snack on after hours of drinking and dancing on Frenchmen street. Perfect evening. The hotel is cute, comfy and well kept. Nice folks.

Our room was damp due to the humidity pretty much the entire time-- we felt icky like there might have been mold in the room. We booked this hotel specifically for the tiki bar and the hot tub, BOTH of which were nonexistent. The hot tub was not heated and the tiki bar (which was still listed on the amenities in our room) had been closed for a while and didn't exist. The walls were paper thin and we were kept up all night because the room next to us had a phone alarm vibrating for hours. Also, the outlet in our bathroom didn't work, so we weren't able to properly get ready.

I would stay here over and over again. The front attendant desk was always there 24/7 and super friendly and helpful. I stayed there a whole week and I really can’t say enough great things about the property and service. If there is any down sides it’s that the hot tub was pretty chilly and it can get loud outside, it’s a busy happening nightlife area so it’s out of their control but they did a great job of mitigating the noise with noise machines in the room and ear plugs if needed. My room was right off the street and I didn’t lose any sleep. Property was safe and secure and I’ll never stay anywhere else. Kudos to the whole staff for making it such a wonderful stay.
