I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, the location couldn’t have been more perfect, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. Every part of my stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top‑notch service and a wonderful experience.

Old historical building, but it was absolutely lovely. So don’t expect some of the amenities that you would get at other four or five star hotels but it was absolutely lovely.

We really enjoyed this property. The location was right in the Frenchman Entertainment area night life and restaurant options just steps from the hotel. The cable car stop was about 2 blocks away. The weather was sweltering hot and the pool and jacuzzi at the end of the walking day was needed and most welcome. The best part of the property was the staff who were warm and engaging eager to serve guests not impersonal like many of the chain hotels .I think Colin Lee and Bianca should get awards for hospitality. We will return.

I have been trying to put into words how much I really like my experience here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. They were incredibly gracious and inviting, helped us with our bags, got us into our room early and really made sure we felt welcomed. The room was comfortable and the shower was nice. The location was great, right across from the Jazz Museum and on Frenchman Street, but a block away from the trolley and the French Market. It is super easy to walk/public transit wherever you need to go. I am going to stay here again!

Hot water took a long time to get hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. Hot tub took a long time to heat up & there were no instructions or easy access to controls. Had to ask for help. Coffee maker in room was not typical so we did not use. Not a lot of room for luggage. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue. Great location and beautiful property if you want to explore the Frenchman Street Music scene.

The room was not only adorably decorated, but the bed was comfortable, it remained cool enough even in the heat of summer to sleep well. Great for access to all the best places and the staff was all incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was staying with friends.

This is a hidden gem in heart of Frenchman street. You are literally in walking distance of everything including Jackson Square and the French Market. The staff were all sooo friendly and welcoming. The property itself was so cute and clean. This will be my Kasa away from mine every time I visit New Orleans.

This will be my go to place to stay. Cool ac unit in each room, exceptional staff. They made the space feel like a bed & breakfast (They do not have breakfast. I said it FEELS like.) or that I was in someone’s home for a visit.

Great staff. Really nice boutique hotel. We enjoyed the pool during the heat of the day. Only 2 issues: 1- WiFi kept going in and out. 2- The neighborhood can be loud some nights, so it can be hard to sleep
