Good one-night stay

For a simple one-night stay by myself, this hotel was fine. It was not far from Hersheypark and the price was very good for the area. The room, bed sheets, bathroom and towels were clean. The refrigerator was nice to have in the room. The bathroom sink faucet could not produce hot water, even after running the water for a while, and I notified the front desk about on check-out. The breakfast was very basic, located at the front desk, and there was no place to eat besides taking it back to the room. I only had a waffle. The bananas were too ripe and a gallon of milk was sitting out on the counter. There was juice and coffee available. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They even helped me using the waffle maker and the batter. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay.

Basic but well done

Clean, quiet, basic room. Breakfast in office lobby similarly basic options, but you must eat it elsewhere as there is no seating. Definitely a good place to stay, no fancy frills but nothing amiss.

I stayed here off and on for about 3 months while I was in town for work. The manager Danny was an absolute fantastic host and answered any and all questions and requests I had while I was a guest. If you’re planning on staying for an extended amount of time definitely talk to him about your plans/situation and he’ll try to accommodate in the best way possible. 10/10 would recommend to anybody needing a comfy bed and room in central PA.

The room was clean. Room and bathroom in particular was poorly maintained, Shoddy repairs where repairs were needed. continental breakfast was the skinniest I've seen in recent years, no place to sit and have even a cup of coffee.

Uncleanly conditions

The bathroom had fecal matter on the door, lightswitch and the lid of the toilet..gag! The bed had a divet from multiple stays so getting comfy was quiet difficult. I had booked this stay for 2 nights for a work trip. Coming back after being at work all day, i had noticed the cleaning tenant had come in and moved my things. There was no way of saying to please stay out as i did not want my room to be entered. Owners also had "winter hours" so there was no one there to check me in as i had to call a number for them to show up. She had no idea of my online reservations and tried to charge me for a second time. Was not impressed to say the least
