There was an issue with the computer system when we were checking in, but the front staff was very friendly and still was able to get us into a room. The next morning the issue was fixed and they apologized and continued to be very helpful. The front staff I cannot compliment enough.
Our issue was really only with the cleanliness of the room. There was a red jelly bean on the floor of the room when we checked in and the kitchenette there was a twice wrapper in the cupboard. The refrigerator was especially gross, there was spots under the door of the fridge.
I let the number that text me about my stay know about the issue, just expecting them to give the room a deep clean, but the response was kind of dismissive. Raeven decided my complaint was just a "discrepancy"
"Great to hear, we take great pride in our overall service and cleanliness. However, I will inform management in reference to the discrepancy for the room you stayed in"
Other small complaints that I don't usually dock the hotel for, especially at this price point, but is worth noting:
-The water pressure was weak
-The water didn't get that hot
-The toilet didnt flush right
-The beds were hard
-The room never could get cool enough
