This is a reat apartment hotel that has a reception. Room is very spacious and comfy. Special shout-out to the male receptionist from Laos. His service is very attentive and polite. A great asset to the hotel. Would definitely use it again when I'm back to Budapest.

We had a great time at the apartment it’s a relaxing and peaceful retreat from site seeing. Much better than staying at a hotel our little grandson, loved how spacious the apartment was to play and look at the beautiful building outside grandpa and grandma’s window. Our grandson would come to our room in the mornings and say “wow” when seeing the beautiful church and then he would want us to hold him so he could have a better view and to watch the vehicles and people that were walking their dogs.Would definitely stay again. The staff is great, very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Would definitely recommend.

The location is excellent—central yet quiet, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shops, and many of the city’s main attractions. I was able to explore the city easily and always looked forward to returning to such a comfortable and stylish space. The staff were incredibly (especially Zoy) helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. I especially appreciated the small touches like the welcome amenities and how well-equipped the apartment was—everything from kitchenware to toiletries was thoughtfully provided. I highly recommend Zoya Luxury Residence to anyone visiting Budapest, whether for business or leisure. It offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and style.
