The room was very clean, which is all one can expect from a Motel 6. The area was a bit sketchy, lots of people hanging around at night, at some point two people knocked on my door apparently trying to sell health insurance. But the sketchy area is why you're there: the low price.

The pictures advertised on the page made it seem like all room was painted and fully ready for stay my room was air conditioned really ain’t work u have to turn under 55degress to turn on and the door ain’t have a deadbolt bathroom door couldn’t close or lock if use missing door nob the paint on the wall peeling it was like they stuck me in a messed up room in the back had a smoking room didn’t even accommodate my reservation request

First another place. Nice people but not the hotel
The hotel should be rebuilt. The pictures are deceiving and the rooms are musty and old. The pool is a hot tub size (not as pictured) and there are homeless people sleeping near by. The area was described as “OK but be careful,” by our Uber driver. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!
