淋浴至一半時無熱水。住酒店最高層(约4樓)，無電梯，㩦大件行李十分不便，無人協助搬入房。街道十分嘈雜，近救護站，時常有救護車响警号在街往來。

Emplacement, intéressant, le centre de Londres, étant desservi en environ 30 minutes par plusieurs bus. La chambre est propre grande (nous avions pris chambre avec salle de bain incluse) mais l’isolation phonique comme thermique est vraiment à revoir. Il y avait de l’humidité constante, des taches de moisissures dans un angle et la chambre n’était pas chauffée. Le double vitrage ne faisant aucun effet sur la chaleur et le bruit de la rue. Enfin, la pression de l’eau de la douche est très faible Pour le reste, le personnel est accueillant

The price was great for the time of year, only good thing about this place. It was scorching hot in the room to the point where we couldnt fall asleep until physically passing out in the early hours of the morning, there was ants crawling around everywhere, the only thing that seemed to be changed since the previous residents were the bed and the towels, odd smell in the place, worst hotel ive ever stayed in. A word of advice: spend the extra few hundred for a premier inn or something.

Booked late at night due to a family emergency. Called as it would be late check in. Absolutely useless in a really stressful situation. It’s self check in - that’s all she needed to tell us. I can’t believe the other reviews about the superb cleanliness. The place was absolutely filthy. Dried Toothpaste all over the sink , balls of dust all over the floor, grubby nets on the window. We were desperate and exhausted after a 6 hr drive and a hospital visit so managed a couple of hours sleep and quickly left.

Decent hotel pretty basic but did the job for one night. Could barely sleep because of the constant police sirens going past the window all night. Other than that it was okay.
