The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from.

We appreciated the lack of a "slot machine" environment and the kindness of the staff. Definitely a stop during our next Reno trip. Very convenient to airport and their shuttle staff were both excellent. Made us feel welcome, even as we were taken to airport for our departure.

First and last time trying this chain.

This hotel was one of the most run down hotels I ever stayed in. Totally caught me off gaurd as the photos didn’t line up to what I was expecting. I went with my child and I felt horrible staying here. It’s a bit rough.

Reliable Amenities, but Property A Bit "Tired"

Comfort Suites are always good places to stay - rooms large, ample comfortable furniture, OK breakfast. This one is a little "tired" - there was a hole in my carpet. Getting in and out of hotel is slightly difficult due to its location near the freeway.
