The guest next door was extremely loud and made noise throughout the night. The noise and laughter with walls hitting felt like everything was happening under my bed.. I notified the front desk multiple times to kindly redirect them, staff stated there was nothing she could do than call but they did not pick their calls. She also said, “there are times we have difficult guests like that, we can’t control them “ First of, that was wrong. Guests should be encouraged to respect other guests in the facility by keeping their voices down because nobody knows what other guest is going through that a little quietness may fix. I was up all night..feeling so horrible knowing that I was doing a 6hr driving early in the morning. It was the most horrifying experience that I’ve ever had and I don’t wish to experience again. I struggled all through my 6hr drive.. coffee could not fix the tiredness. I’m requesting a full refund! Mo’
