La ubicación y amenities muy bien. El cuarto un poco descuidado, en principal el piso de "madera" y el sistema de A/A. Pero en general muy limpio, amplio y comodo. El personal muy amable y disponible.

Las almohadas de la habitación realmente están en un estado lamentable, literalmente son piedras con fundas, cuando subí al piso había una sábana en el pasillo junto al elevador tapando supongo el bote de basura no se porque motivo, la habitación en general está bien solo el ruido que se genera en otras habitaciones es demasiado, me tocaron unos vecinos brasileños sumamente ruidosos hablaban portugués , incluso creo que compraron cuartos contiguos y pensaron que mi habitación era la de sus amigos porque empezaron a tocar en la puerta interior y trataban de abrirla, en fin aunque esto no es culpa del hotel.

Decepción total: hongos/moho negro

Las habitaciones están en franco deterioro, el baño sucio y en el área de regaderas encontré hongos/moho negro (black mold) y la instalación del lavamanos y desagüe tuvo mejores ayeres, hoy es una vergüenza indigna de un NH. Honestamente no suelo quejarme mucho, pero esta ocasión debo señalarlo, fue una experiencia terrible de inicio a fin. La actitud del personal no me agradó, era como si desearan no tenerte por ahí y la propiedad una decepción tremenda, lamenté mucho seleccionar esta opción guiándome por el "renombre" de la cadena solamente habiendo tantas otras opciones disponibles en la misma zona.

El servicio de Valet Parking es el más nefasto. Cuando pedí el folio del Valet Parking desde mi habitación la señorita del front desk me dijo que a fuerza por fuerza que bajar. Ya en el lobby y cuando pedí el auto nunca me avisaron que ya lo habían sacado del estacionamiento, y peor aún, casi me lo dejan afuera de la propiedad con la puerta abierta. Además le robaron los tapones de las llantas!!!!! Y cuando les reclamé se pusieron agresivos. NUNCA voy a regresar a este hotel
