The whole experience was great for my kids and me. The only downside is that there were too few ping pong tables for the large number of people there, and the pool tables (only 2) were not in good condition. The rest of the hotel and food are great.

Una estancia agradable en lo general, nada sobresaliente. El servicio malo sobre todo en el área de restaurantes, pocas veces se acercaron a nuestra mesa a ofrecernos bebida o recoger los platos sucios. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el cenote increíble, animales de cruzan por todos lados y eso encanta a los niños. Los shows que ofrecen diario son muy buenos también. La comida regular no es mala pero nada sobresaliente. En general todo bien excepto servicio

We picked the property for the variety of included activities for us to do with our kids, (11 and 9). We all absolutely loved living amongst the animals every day, and seeing them on our daily walks around the resort. We also loved the river tour, cenote, pool and ping pong tables, and we were at the water park every day. A ton of slides and no lines!! Our kids were in heaven. The buffets were what was expected for an all-inclusive. Many options and some made to order stations. The a La carte dinner options were all delicious! I would highly recommend for families. They have a kids club and the water park has smaller slides for younger children. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The only negative for us was the beach. The shore is very rocky and not conducive to playing in the surf. We loved the Japanese and Brazilian restaurants. They were amazing!!

We went to this resort hoping for lots to do and good food. There are lots of things to do but it is so crowded it made it difficult. The food is terrible you could tell it was re warmed from the previous meal and in most cases the food was cold. My husband and I went to the omelette bar to have ham and egg but instead there was chopped up hot dog from who knows when and the egg was under cooked. The ONLY good breakfast we had was at the Nido if you can get there early enough. El tiemplo was decent but all the other dinners were awful. Not to mention reservations were impossible to get unless you wake up at 12a to get one. The service is very slow and the wait staff was sometimes awesome but mostly terrible. The pool would be ok if it wasn’t brown it doesn’t seem like it’s cleaned often enough. If you’re looking to relax this is not the place to do that. We will definitely not be returning to the Sandos resorts again.

Such a fun resort for adults and kids! So much to do on site. Lots of food options and cool a la carte restaurants.

So much fun. Lots to do. Great environments. Love the animals. Music was very loud at the pools and the theatre. I would give this place 9.5/10

The property is pretty. A ton of vegetation. The wild life is everywhere, which is neat but also a nuisance. They come and steal food from you. The food is okay, just not a lot of variety. Entertainment is lacking as far as shows. We did go to the spa which was great. Other than the hot tub didn’t work, which we were not told before hand. The biggest issue was hot water in the rooms. We rarely had better than lukewarm. We tried at many different times of the day including 5:00 am and later evening. We were told it just takes time for it to get to the room but we let it run for an excessive amount of time and no luck. Our children 10,11 and 12 did enjoy the water park. The “Teen Lite Club” needs some attention, very disappointed with that. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The international buffet is too small and far too crowded. Not enough food options. Had to pay extra for 4 hours after checkout as flight is at 8pm. Otherwise I would not have access to the resort.

Me encantó la propiedad y el servicio de todos los empleados en general, lo único que no me agradó fue que la concierge que se nos asignó, quedó muy formalmente de escribirnos por whats app para cualquier confirmación de restaurante o cualquier cosa que necesitemos y nunca pasó. También que la factura por los cargos extras tampoco nos la hicieron llegar y ahora ya ni responde los correos. Pero shows, instalaciones y actividades excelente! ✨
