Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work going outside my room. The worst experiences with this hotel is the front desk staff are not helpful n ignored my room change request.

Très bien dans l’ensemble

Notre séjour en couple s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble. Petit problème technique à notre arrivée qui nous a valu de changer d’hôtel pour la première nuit, mais l’hôtel nous a surclassé en compensation pour les nuits suivantes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais pas du tout varié au long de la semaine. Attention la piscine se trouve de l’autre côté de la rue en face de l’hôtel. Tout de même satisfait, nous recommandons !

At first I got a really tiny room. Luckily I was upgrated to bigger room with a big balcony. Very friendly staff and access to pool lounge is a big bonus. Breakfast was quite ok.

Very comfy, clean room. Small issue in that the view out of the window was of a wall/opposite building. Pool over the road very crowded but enjoyable. Executive lounge not great. Good location though and very happy with the stay

Good hotel but small tweaks would make a differenc

The room (superior suite) had everything we needed and the decor of the hotel was really modern but we were let down my by a couple of things. Breakfast, was lacking quality for us and variety on the fruit for example. Small details could have made a big difference there. Also replenishing towels was missed twice, dirty ones were taken but a full set of new was not provided. May be policy not to restock until all are used but this was not clear. In terms of the hotel itself, really great location for trips around Malta, just a short walk from the ferries & bus stops close by, plus no shortage of shops and restaurants.

Fint hotell i bra läge. Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bra frukost med stort utbud. Fint, fräscht och modernt rum med bekväm säng, bäddsoffan var däremot inte så bekväm.

We booked a room at 115 but due some construction work that was going on we got a room at the Urban rooms instead. So we can’t really say to much about 115 apart from staff in reception was friendly, toilets OK, very much under staffed in the breakfast restaurant. There were not too many options for the breakfast. Coffee not great. Cups and glasses were out. The room we got at Urban rooms were in general nice, comfortable bed and pillows but a lot of black mold in the bathroom.

It was perfect for what we wanted as a group of girls staying a few nights. The aqualuna opposite is included in the price and was an excellent addition, and we enjoyed a couple of days there. We took a boat trip to the blue lagoon from just a few minutes walk away. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an overall good conditon and at a great location close to the valetta ferry and opposite aqualuna poolclub. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially the manager Antonio who made sure to upgrade us tp a family suite after there was a problem woth our origional room upon arrival. Staying at the hotel gives you free access to the poolclub which otherwise is 30€ per person/day. Recommend booking a sea view room because the view is immaculate.

The hotel is in a great location. It's perfect if you want to explore the island on a bus. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is located next to a long promenade. Guests can relax on sun loungers and swim in the pool on the other side of the street. The breakfast was very simple, and it was more like a typical English breakfast. There is a place to get water and a machine to make ice cubes on every floor. Unfortunately, the room smelt strongly of something, and the view from the window was of a ventilation shaft and the wall. But luckily, we were out of the hotel for the whole day. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change the room because the hotel was fully booked. We left the room with breakfast at 12 a.m. We asked for breakfast to be sent to us, but all we got was a dry sandwich. It was a very disappointing end to our stay.
