Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work going outside my room. The worst experiences with this hotel is the front desk staff are not helpful n ignored my room change request.

Terrible, not recommended to anybody at all.
I have never stayed at such terrible hotel booked from Hotels.com before, the room was totally dark and the toilet was smelly, there was a small window but sunlight unable to get into the room at all, I could not be told its day time or night time, there was nothing look like the pictures show on hotels.com. Moreover, when we went out, the corridor smelled like somebody steeped on dogshit and walked back room, barely could't breath, we had informed to the frontdesk the smelly, but it remained smelly when we came back after 3-4 hours later. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY TO STAY. Nearby there are many hotels to choose with even more competitive rate and better room conditions.

Great hotel,with easy access to Valletta
This was perfect hotel for us.Great location Easy to get to the ferry for Valletta and plenty of buses to other areas of the island. Lots of bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. Hotel gives you use of Aqua lana beach club which is just across the road, get a voucher from reception at hotel and you get towels over there. Breakfast buffet very good and also the hot tub on the roof terrace was great we used it at night as its open till 9 ock, great views. If i had to give a small criticism it would be The TV it would not stay on a channel,sometimes we like to put the news on to see what is going,but didn't matter really as we were out most of the time.

Solides Mittelklasse Hotel
Ich empfehle dir Buchung mit Meerblick. Die Aussicht auf Valetta ist hervorragend. Nachteil ist dann nur die laute Straße. Der Beach Club gegenüber ist sehr praktisch und auch kostenlos. Der Pool ist beheizt. Schön so in den Tag zu starten. Die Zimmer sind OK, aber auch nicht mehr. Das Hotel lebt vom Blick.

Great experience!
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect! We came to Malta to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, so before arrival we asked if we could get a room on higher floor so it won’t be so noisy from the street. At the arrival we got room on 8th floor and in the room there even were some balloons for baby. It was so lovely! The view from the balcony was just amazing! Highly recommend this hotel!

Helt okej boende, men jättetråkigt att det inte framgår att standardrummens fönster endast vätter mot en ’innergård’. Annars trevlig och hjälpsam personal, bra läge mitt emot Aqualuna bad/restaurang.
