I traveled to Zoetry with 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 elderly adults. We stayed in their new 3 bedroom villa and it was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our concierge, Amada was available via whatsapp everyday to answer questions, make reservations or set anything up in our room. Frank, Jubie, Manuel, Sory and Oliver were stand out employees. Although there is not buffet option, the cooks are able to accommodate every food option you desire. It is a formal sit-down meals kinda place but this is all about the luxury and relaxed experience. Snacks are also available at the pool and room service is 24 hours. The only downside I found was that the pool is not accessible. So, if you're traveling with anyone who needs steps to enter the pool you will have a hard time. The spa is great and the jacuzzi and spa facilities are available to all guests. Fully stocked bar and snacks in the room every day and mosquito spray and toiletries are well stocked. I would definitely travel here again.

He did such an amazing job and he recommended a lot of beautiful stuff to do during the day. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet refreshing time with yourself. The main reason for our visit was to celebrate my best friend‘s birthday, and he made it very special. Everybody was celebrating her. It was such a beautiful experience.

Very friendly staff specially Wilky serving the drinks at the beach, and Sory in the steak restaurant. We enjoyed the yoga at the beach overlooking the beautiful ocean. We enjoyed the horse back ride on the beach and the evening entertainments.

I liked quietness, cleanliness, and services at the room and restaurants. Also, the excellence of JJ, always available to help us, he is very professional! I did not like the tour to Dream hotel. They should told me the true before to schedule an appointment for me to go there. Another thing regarding food options would be to have the traditional Dominican plates always available. In our first trip, that aspect was excellent. They asked what did we want to eat….!in this trip, when I have asked for plantains, tostones, mofongo they have told they don’t have and offered mash potatoes. To re schedule transportation to the airport should be more help from that company since my trip was paid in Miami and it was a round trip.

The facility is clean and quite. Perfect getaway for relaxation. Foof is great and they have wonderful staff, Very friendly and attentive to your request. We had the villa for few days and we enjoy every inch of that villa so as the entire resort. Clean beach and swiming pools. You have activities throughout the day the you can join. We will definitely be back.

The most fun and perfect vacation our family has ever had. The resort was beautiful, the service was unmatched, and the staff was incredible. Our concierge became like family to us during our stay- if anyone has worked with Jose Simeon, you will never be in better hands. He, and the rest of the staff were there for us with any request, any recommendation, and anything to make our stay more fun and relaxing. The wellness aspect of the resort is what resonated the most with the 5 of us- we brought our 3 teenagers with us, and they loved every second of it. the food was incredible, mixing various fare from around the world each night in beautiful restaurants. Our food servers and staff (Maria (manager), Millennia, Johanna, Elvis, and Manuel served with care and excellence, and always with a smile (and well placed jokes) that made us feel so comfortable and cared for. The villa we had was out of this world- and if a minor issue popped up, someone was there in minutes to take care of it. We will be returning to Zoetry properties around the world, and Zoetry Punta Cana will definitely be a return visit. This vacation brought our family together, and we will never forget all of the days on the beach in the ocean, in the pools (especially the swim-up bar), the many activities and fun adventures that were offered every day. We did not participate in the many excursions, as they were expensive, and honestly, we didn't need to leave the property with everything they offer. 5-star!!!

FIVE STARS FOR STAFF AND SERVICE, BUT NOT FOR THE BUG BITES Zoetry Agua, I don't usually write reviews. The five-star review goes to your staff. My husband has been talking about this resort for the last five years, and he wanted me to experience what he enjoyed five years ago with his family. The hotel looks like paradise, not a commercial apartment complex, which I liked. It is serene and quiet, super relaxing. The staff hustles; Luis, Rodrigus, and all the service staff are fantastic. We treated them right, and they treated us right back. We enjoyed everything except the excruciating bites that ate us alive. I am angry at how the establishment handles bug infestations: from the rooms to dead seaweed on the beach. The waves dump the seaweed on shore, creating a breeding ground for gnats and mosquitoes. They need to come up with a better solution than two people cleaning it by hand. I called Expedia for $248.00 reimbursement which should have been hotels responsibility to care for medical fees and addressed the bug bites. Instead of taking our concern as genuine positive criticism, the hotel management went into defensive mode. They said they upgraded our room because of the fly issue, but the upgrade was offered generously at check-in (the hotel had very few guests). I will not go back until there is a sign stating that the issues are being addressed. Hyatt doubled down.
