This was a rushed, last minute choice. Only stayed for one night. The door was opened remotely after me trying to get in touch with the person in charge for half an hour. Couldn’t use the elevator as the provided key didn’t work. The room was clean but crammed and felt cheap and worn out. All noice from outside could be heard from the tram to people and scooters during the night. I checked-out as soon as possible. The place is well connected to the train station on foot.

The bathroom was a little smelly when you flushed the toilet, no matter the contents inside. The entrance is a little confusing, the light is automatic so you have to switch it on when you’re entering. The overall room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, a little creaky. Overall nice stay. Had a problem with my booking and the owner was very lenient and helped me out over the phone. There is no lobby or staff, just an apartment style entrance.

Property is in a good location, close to the main train/bus station, but at night it's kind of a bit scary, we got stopped 3 times by people asking us for money and following us to the apartment, however nothing happened. Showers are very small and for a medium to big person like me is very hard to take a shower, other than that everything is fine, rooms are clean. I would suggest to put a second pillow per person in the wardrobe for persons like me who like to sleep on two pillows (the ones we found were very soft). Sofia and Ginevra are both very accommodating and helpful.

Pretty poor in all honesty. The bed should have been a double but was two single mattresses together. The shower was awful with a massive step just to get into it.

N'appelez pas cela une "chambre de luxe"...
Point négatifs: Check-in / check-out impersonnel via Whatsapp mais courtois et fonctionnel. Procédure d'enregistrement de l'identité un peu compliquée (avoir une copie numérique du document d'identité à portée de main peut aider) Salle de bain privée mais très humide, mal odorante avec une toilette bruyante (systéme sanibroyeur?) Présence de nombreux moustiques, rendant le sommeil difficile. Une mousticaire serait utile. Mobillier et matelas inconfortable. Point positif: proximité avec la gare

Place is small and basic. Ginevra who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect, far enough away that it’s a quiet street but still walking distance to everything. Also we had pastries and coffee at the same place around the corner every morning that were fantastic

Bien ubicado, ojo con el ingreso e impuestos.
El lugar tiene una buena ubicación es comodo y limpio. El inconveniente es que las instrucciones de acceso me las enviaron unas horas antes y al no tener internet desde mi vuelo no pude consultarlas, afortunadamente coincidí con otro huesped y pude entrar. Otra situación fue que al hacer el pago la página me índico que debia pagar 260 pesos de impuestos en el hotel pero al llegar no respetaron esa tarifa y tuve que pagar el doble.

Malisimaaaaa es una casa vieja no es un hotel , no sirve el asensor esta en el segundo piso , te esta moleate y moleste la recepcionista que a que hora llegas porque ella se va. A las 10 pm cuando nunca esta y las chapas electrinicas sin una porqueria me quede afuera y no le importo no volvio a contestar nunca !! Cama dura almihada dura horible

The rooms were comfortable, the location is great, and the staff was super nice and responsive. Although the check-in process and communication is all on-line, they always replied immediately to all my messages and requests. The only downside was the shower of the shared bathroom, which was a bit unsteady. But overall, I had good experience!
