VERY BAD HOTEL AND HOTELS AGENCY
無論是酒店還是Hotels訂房網都超級爛, 詳情可以看底下英文, 還搞一個字數限制, 總之就是為了超級髒的房間要退房,浪費了我2個月的近10通電話,6.7個小時溝通,每次通電話就說要打給飯店確認,然後飯店不接,最終對話結果就是Hotels表示對方一直不接受退款,他們也無能為力,然後就不甘它們的事情了, Hotels在中間賺錢然後遇到問題只能表示無能為力,一點保障也沒有
Both the hotel and the HOTELS agency are very bad. I booked 4 nights in the hotel but the room's toilet paper was yellow/the tap was broken/the carpet was dirty/the room was too noisy, Reception said he couldn't change the room for me, but he would help me solve the problem immediately. I waited for 30mins at mid-night. No one took care of it until I told the reception I would check out tomorrow, and they finally let me change the room. but the second room still so dirty. The quilt smell very bad, and the pillows are yellow. I check out immediately the next day. When I asked for a refund, the reception said the return not via them, need to apply from the agency. In order to avoid them not acknowledging so I asked for a certificate before I left, they issued a certificate of only one day's accommodation,
But the result was the HOTELS agency always delayed and waste my time. After 2 months of over 10 calls, I wasted 6.7 hours of communication. Every time I called, HOTELS only said the hotel did not answer. and the final result is that HOTELS said the hotel doesn't accept the refund, and HOTELS were powerless. HOTELS be an agency to earn the money but they can't solve any problems, can not do anything, no matter this hotel or HOTELS agency are the worst.
