It was one for the ages. Great staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Man walking into his room with a vacuum cleaner? Yeah, that was odd. TV remote controls that did not work, had 2 and neither really worked. TV’s missing in breakfast area They were out of regular coffee at breakfast tome

ADA compliant, barely.

We had requested a handicapped accessible room with walk in shower, and was told over the phone to request room 206. When we arrived, room 206 was already taken, but was put in 306, which was another accessible room with a tub. The "handicap accessible" room was called such only because it had hand rails in the bathtub. The staff did bring up a poolside chair for my husband to use to shower, but he was unable to get into the tub. Also, the front door was extremely hard to open, it appeared as though the lock had to be broken through in the past. Due to the limited accessible rooms with showers, we will probably not stay at this property again.

We were traveling through our trip to Orange Beach. We got in at 1:30 in the morning. The lady that checked us in was so nice. She had us ready to go to our room. The room had much to be desired. The bathroom was older and moldy. The beds were hard as a rock too. Not sure I would come back.
