Very close to lively and important neighborhoods in Mexico City, this hotel is an excellent choice if you want to, or have to, spend a few days in the area. Parking is free and secure, but not extensive. The property is well-maintained but it's an older hotel for sure. Nevertheless, they charge very reasonable rates for comfortable and spacious rooms.

The location was convenient for me. The staff was ok. They could have been friendlier. The illumination of the room was poor. The doors of the closet need maintenance. The shower needs to be improved The actual configuration isn’t appropriate, needs a complete redesign.

Location, location, location!
I really enjoyed my time there, location was excellent, my only complaint, and is not a complaint, the bed! It wasn’t comfy, the mattress was hard, but I only was there for 2 days. Other than that, everything was fine, my room was nice and spacious. Big windows, big screen tv. There’s a lot of places to eat outside of the hotel, just in case people don’t want to eat every day there, you can find a lot of things within walking distance. Overall, nice hotel.

Inadvertently, I left a sweater in R 1107 where is stayed. I sent an email and friends called the reception 3 times willing to pick it up. The sweater was never found, which I find hard to believe. Most annoying and disrespectful was the absence of a response. My friend calls were not answered properly. It is only a matter of due courtesy. I will not recommend the service of this hotel that disregards costumers.
