Very Good. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. I stayed two nights there on different days. Queen bed room is better than twin bed bedroom. The twin bed room is very small and narrow and no place to put stuff, while bathroom is comparatively too big. If you want to use microwave, you have to unplug the water kettle and switch it for microwave .

Sadly when ever someone closes doors it was very loud. Not Kolmars' fault but some guests opening and closing doors and speaking in the hall till1am was not cool and there was no phone number to call in the room. Being by myself I did not want to confront the guests as their language was also not great. I spoke to Kolmar and did get an apology but nothing else. Comfy room. Good value for money with a handy location but not very restful nights sleep on my 4 night stay

Other accommodation in the general area appeared to be older and tired. This motel is a gem. Not sure if it's new but it felt like it. Small room but quality bathroom and comfortable bed. All for around the price of the old and tired other options.

A great place to stay in Papatoetoe. Handy location. Comfy beds. Excellent value. My only criticisms would be the desk chair doesn't support your back and the bed was poorly made, with the bottom sheet not even reaching the end of the bad, but overall a very good experience

The hotel was very clean and good value for money. Within a short distance to Auckland airport. The rooms were spacious and the bed lovely to sleep n. Tea, coffe facilities provided in the room along with fridge and microwave . Easy access to railway station to visit Auckland.

The staff were really helpful and the room was very clean and tidy. There are many places to eat in walking range. We went to the attached restaurant for breakfast - it was Indian food, freshly made and delicious. Definitely recommend!

The Kolmar is a great place to stay for a night or two. Clean spacious room (king) with everything you need (fridge, cutlery, plates, tea, coffee, iron, tv etc) & bathroom, well maintained. Secure & quiet in central Papatoete, a very short walk to the shops. The indian restaurant/cafe adjoined is completely authentic and the staff were happy to help with the menu.

The property was nice and clean but the shower box is so narrow you have to be 50kg to be able to get through the shower door. Very unsafe . Only one chair in the room, and room is so small.
