O café da manhã era bom o pessoal do Spa muito atencioso. O Jantar era péssimo, teve dias que comi só macarrão porque não tinha nenhuma proteína aceitável. Nesse sentido o hotel caiu muito, erano grande diferencial a oarte gastronômica da rede.

O VILA GALÉ CABO Sto AGOSTINHO vale muito à pena em todos os sentidos. Adoramos a estadia! Excelente para familias com crianças. Precário

A localização do hotel é muito boa, o cardápio também achamos razoavel, porém o hotel não tem estrutura para muitas pessoas, sendo que a todo momento se você quiser algo precisa encarar uma fila. Também em alguns momentos a reposição dos alimentos demorava muito. Os funcionários trabalham efetivamente sobrecarregados e no geral sempre tivemos respostas bem diretas e algumas vezes rispidas. Os quartos são antigos mas estão com uma manutenção em dia, tivemos problemas com a maçaneta do banheiro que ficava caindo e somente depois de pedir 3x para arrumarem que eles arrumaram de fato. A área entre piscina e praia está precária de manutenção, a areia não é limpa e tem cachorros que fazem as necessidades deles lá, onde todos pisam e ninguém limpa, inclusive é cheia de bituca de cigarros, fios e encanamentos que deveriam estar enterrados, estão aparentes, assim como pedaçoes de concreto. É uma area que é usada a todo momento e está totalmente abandonada. Utilizei o SPA e não voltaria, desde o tratamento do spa até as condições também da saúna são precárias. O espaço de vestiário cheira mal e tem uma estrutura ruim, até mesmo o ropão que utilizei para massagem estava bem amarelado e desgastado. Mesmo sendo um resort de entrada, deixou a desejar em coisas simples. É preciso fazer vista grossa pra muitas coisas pra conseguir curtir. A recreação infantil também é bem fraca, inclusive a adulta, eles não possuem nem um bingo, fizeram com papel.

As instalações são confortáveis e a localização privilegiada. A praia é maravilhosa! O nep kids é um sucesso a parte. Mas, a comida, é triste, pouca variedade e qualidade. A reposição é muito demorada e os restaurantes a la carte que precisam de agendamento a comida é ok, mas poderia abrir todos os restaurantes para o publico ao invés de super lotar os dois principais. Com as mesmas comidas e poucas opções. E filas para absolutamente tudo!!!

Foi MARAVILHOSO !!! Foi incrível! Recepção os funcionários muito atenciosos, limpeza dos quartos nota 10 para as camareiras, além de quartos arejados, grandes e silenciosos. Buffet café da manhã com muitas variedades, inclusive sou celíaco e tive muitas opções sem glúten. Almoço, todas as comidas no geral Simplesmente deliciosas, saborosas, restaurante também uma delícia! O churrasco na área da piscina fantástico! Bebidas? Nossa com direito a chopp e cervejas a escolher de todas as marcas. Vinhos tintos, branco, rose todos português com direito também aos Prosecco e espumantes, sem falar nos drinks a escolher!!! Recomendamos a Estadia na Vila Galé

A estrutura é bem aconchegante e arejada. Conseguimos ficar todos os dias de frente para a praia com conforto e sombra. A praia é excelente, ao longo do dia na maré baixa formam-se piscinas e bancos de areia. Os atendentes são muito educados. Melhoria: o ambiente onde está o bar da recepção é muito barulhento, dá muito eco, então torna-se um local desagradável de permanecer.
