We'll return!
Good location, just 1 min walk from train station, 10 min walk to the cable car station for Aiguille du Midi and another train station to Montenvers Train Mer de Glace. Clean room with cosy bed and friendly staff who can speak good English and offered useful tips for us. We could even borrow the plates from the restaurant for dinner. Fresh air and wind from the big windows were much appreciated. It would be perfect if there was a kettle for boiling water to brew tea and coffee. Around the corner, we could go along the main street where there were so many nice restaurants and shops. We could buy juicy peaches and apricots and healthy sandwiches from the supermarket nearby. Convenient but tranquil, good value and highly recommended.

conveniet location
It's a really convenient location, in front of train station. Inside the room is simple, so if you just need a place to sleep, it is a very good choice. But there is a little bit noisy because it's very close to a famous bar, and people (and music) will be loud till mid night.

Best location, comfortable bed
The hotel is right in the opisite of the Charmonix railway station. Bed is the most comfortable compared to my 7-night trip in Swissland. Bathroom is equipped with heater with is the only hotel which has this. The bed thing is the lift is broken so we were tired to carry on our luggage. But the manager gave us 3 bottle of water which is nice becuase we do not have any water with us, nor can buy it outside becuase all the stores were closed. I would select this hotel if I visit Charmonix next time.

great location, simple rooms
The location of the hotel is great -- just right opposite to the Chamonix Mont Blanc train station, and the staff are friendly. However, as there is a restaurant (run by the hotel?) and in the same building, there may be some noise at night. The room is quiet, but in the lobby we heard the noise from the bar. The room is very simple -- no electric kettle and no wifi in the room, but generally it is still comfortable. As for the price, hotels in Chamonix are generally more expensive than other places, so I think it is still a deal staying in this hotel.

Charming hotel in Chamonix
Great hotel in the centre of Chamonix close to everything. Charming old building with a lot of atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. Perfect stay for a week of skiing. We have stayed several times also during summer.

Veldig flott hotell, renslig og god service, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale og god informasjon å få i resepsjonen. Veldig god mat både til frokost og middag. Gode senger! Litt lite garderobeskap. Lite oppholdsrom, men veødig koselig der med peis og sofaer. Hotellet ligger svært sentralt i Chamonix rett ved togstasjonen og gågata. Baren lager mye lyd, men den roer seg rundt 21/22!

This is great value. The location is not as close to the buses as some of the others, but it is still in Chamonix Centre and close to everything. If you like Apres-ski parties, this is THE place. Amazing good times at Chambre-Neuf, until 8PM. The ideal room location is NOT the top floor, which is basically an attic, and not above Chambre Neuf - it rocks so loud that we were on the fourth floor directly above and could hear the bass/drums below. Great breaksfasts. Staff were really friendly. We love apres-ski parties so would definitely go again!

Hotel staff Mrs. Barnie from beginning of our entry to the hotel and check out was really kindly and helpfully to us for everything what was we need that about hotel and town. 정말 내가 묵은 호텔중 최고의 뷰를 보여주었습니다. 너무 좋아서 창밖 사진만 100장 넘게 찍었습니다. 방 사진을 안찍었는데 넓고 푹신해서 침대 브랜드도 체크했습니다. 체크인 시간은 16시이며 15시에 미리 도착해도 체크인을 할 수 없고 16시까지 기다리거나 짐을 맡기고 떠나야 합니다. 화장실은 1층에 있어서 기다릴 수 있었습니다. 조식도 좋았습니다
