The staff make this hotel something special, going out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The room and grounds are elegant, and the beach and a handful of shops and restaurants are just a minute’s walk. Only downsides were insects in the room, and heavy traffic where Grab drivers seem hesitant to stop.

Great Place to stay

Absolutely fantastic stay! The reception was super helpful throughout our whole trip. We had a package arrive and they made all arrangements to ensure we received in a timely manner. The resort was clean, and pool was great. Totally recommend and would stay here again.

We stayed at Sri Phala for one night prior to travelling over to Nusa Lembongan. We absolutely loved everything about the place. There are two pool, one next to the restaurant, both with plenty of sun loungers. The staff went out of their way in every area to be friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of options. I highly recommend Sri Phala and look forward to staying there again.

Good location

Wonderful place. Staff are so nice and helpful. Easy to go to the harbour - 4-5 min walk to the ferry operators with a suitcase. If you go to the beach then turn right - then the good stretch of 3-4km perfect beach will start within 300m. Would stay there again.

He had a huge room for 2. It was clean and comfortable. The restaurant put on a fun touristy local dance during dinner. Pools looked clean and there were plenty of chairs. Decent spot to stay to wait for the ferry. Not a relaxing area though - busy streets and not the best beach close by.

Little oasis tucked away off a loud road. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are lovely. Room was clean but bathroom with lots of grout mildew. Definitely ask for a room toward the back of the property as the front is very loud with trucks and mopeds and sirens.

Room is spacious, but dated. Had a balcony which was fine, but furniture is old. Bathroom ok but nothing fancy, basic. Pools (2) are nice. Location ok, but not in the middle of everything. Which is ok for those who like that. Like indonesia, if its not a big international chain of hotels, then the stars do not reflect what you get. This hotel was rated 4 stars, but i woul rate it 3; 3.5 at the most

It is old hotel. I like the garden and spacious room with nice Indonesian furniture. It is very easy to catch the grab car so easy to go out. Don’t need to book the hotel Transpot shuttle service to airport. Grab is much much cheaper. The staffs are not friendly that make me disappointed.

We got in late at night because we had an early boat out of Sanur the next morning. Therefore there is not much to review. The airport pick-up was smooth however no one was able to check us in for over an hour because the staff was not trained on check-in. I stayed in a 2-level loft room that was comfortable but the Aircon was not strong enough to chill the room.

We would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer. It is an older hotel showing a bit of wear however we felt very comfortable there. The staff are a credit to the place, everyone of them were welcoming and helpful. It's only about a 7 minute walk around the corner from the hotel to the ferry port. Be aware that footpaths in Bali can be very hard to negotiate so you will have to carry your luggage in some places. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is in a very pretty setting. We had the standard 2brm villa which was perfect for our family of 4 adults. It would be fabulous for 2 couples too. We didn't hear any road noise, the air conditioning worked well and drinking water is provided in glass bottles. Sri Phala have done really well at adopting eco friendly practices, we loved that they had a watercooler at reception to refill our reusable bottles. Both pools were sparkling clean and a lovely place to sit and relax away from the hustle and bustle. We also had time to use the spa (just ask at reception if they have any last minute appointments) and it was very nice and good value for money.

立地は、サヌールのメインストリートから少し離れていましたが、毎日2回無料のシャトルバスが運行しれているので助かりました。ペニダ島や、レンボンガン島にダイビングをする人には、船着場が近くて、便利です。ホテルのサービスは、無料でお部屋のアップグレードしていただき、広い部屋でゆっくりとくつろげました。朝食は、バイキング形式で、毎朝少しずつ内容が変わり、十分美味しく楽しむことができました。コーヒーもとてもおいしかったです。プールは、1.6mの深さのプールが2カ所と、0.9mの子供用の小さなプールが1カ所あり、どちらも、プールサイドでゆったりとくつろげました。スタッフは、とても親切で優しく、最終日の朝食時に、手書きの感謝状を持ってきて、感謝とお別れの挨拶をしに来たのには、感動してしまいました。庭の木には、リスが住んでいて、毎晩夜中に部屋のバルコニーでご飯を食べているようで、心が和みました。ホテルのスパは、別棟にあり、清潔な環境の部屋で、料金も安く、上手でとても満足できました。機会があれば、又滞在したいと思っています。

Vi bodde här endast en natt. Kom sent på kvällen o åkte tidigt dagen efter. Övernattningen blev här då vi inte kunde åka över med båten till Lembongan, där vi egentligen skulle bo. Vi kom fram så pass sent, så båtarna gick inte. Därav fick det bli denna övernattning. Där var 2 pooler, men den ena var stängd. Vi hade balkong, men utsikten var inget kul. Sängarna ganska hårda o kuddarna var "uppblåsta". Ok frukost. Personalen var väldigt snäll och hjälpsam. Hotellet ligger nära hamnen om man ska åka vidare någonstans, så ligger det bra till. Dock är vögen dit väldigt gropig o trång. Men tog ca 6-10 minuter att gå dit.

Stayed overnight on our way to ferry at Sanur. Bed was amazing. Rooms were really nice. Had breakfast before departing, which was much better than expected. Wide range of good, safe, food in buffet. Would have been delighted to stay longer / revisit.
