Bring your own pots and kitchen needs
This wasn’t a great experience because I had bought groceries to make dinner since there was a kitchen but couldn’t make it because there was only a small fry pan and 1 quart pot. I needed a large pot to make spaghetti sauce and another pot to boil noodles. I was surprised and disappointed with how little there was to make dinner. It was also frustrating because we had neighbors connected to us that were really loud. It looked like there were only 4 other families staying there so I didn’t understand why they would put someone so close when there were so many vacant buildings available. I had pictured being able to make dinner and having a quiet place, but it didn’t turn out that way. We were there for my daughter to run at the podium and I found the drive to be a hassle because it was much farther away than I thought. We ended up staying closer to the podium for our next visit which was nice. Instead of sitting in traffic we were able to walk.

The bathroom floor was not very clean and would become sticky after a shower. Everything else seemed clean.

Unclean
The room was unfortunately unclean. The bathroom had hair on the floor, toilet, and tub. I basically had to clean the bathroom. There was also hair in both beds. Small debris on the floor suggests they had not been vacuumed. Under one bed was dog droppings and the other had a condom — obviously they had not been cleaned for some time. It was generally gross to be there. The door handle also did not work well and required a very particular pattern to open when it should just be fixed. We wanted to like the place as the two bedroom layout is great, but it was too poorly cleaned to recommend. It’s unfortunate as it could be a great place to stay for the price.

Needs upgrades & better cleaners
Stayed for 1 night. We walked into our room with the heaters on full blast & had a hard time to turn them off. We opened our windows for a while for it to cool down. The light bulbs definitely need replacing, it was so dark and gloomy. The bedsheets didn’t seem “clean”… like it had an odor. The beds themselves weren’t the most comfortable & the nightstands weren’t wiped down either. It just seems very run-down with zero upgrades. But it was a roof over our head… least the front desk staff were friendly.

Not sure if I would stay here again
There was leftover food in the first room, we got moved to a different room and there was left over garbage and the hand soap was used and out of the wrapper. The beds were uncomfortable and the blinds did not shut all the way.

Inexpensive but not worth it.
Room 125 the beds are very spring like and the pillows are not so good. I would suggest bringing your own pillow. The walls are as thin as paper so you hear everything that the people next door are doing. The kitchen supplies were very minimal. If you want to bake anything while here bring your own cookware. The freezer takes a long time to get cold. Turn on max when you arrive along with turning the refrigerator to high also.
