Went to check in and they had doubled my reservation. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to give them 24 hrs notice!?! I didn’t know I had 2 rooms reserved or I would have! There were many people in the office with complaints about their rooms, keys etc. I also asked for a downstairs room due to a disability. They gave us upstairs. When I asked if the other room we paid for was a downstairs room she said they didn’t have any more available and were totally full. So I asked why I don’t get a refund for the other room if they had already gave it to someone and took their money? She said I don’t know and walked out!! The next day she told me that “he” was going to refund our money after all. The beds aren’t great and the shower was super tiny even for one person. Needs some upgrades and repairs.
