La habitación, la decoración, los muebles, los servicios, las camas, la limpieza, todo excelente. Mi único inconveniente fue que el aire acondicionado integral era un poco ruidoso, difícil elegir entre dormir con calor o con ruido.

Nice condo

The location is amazing, right next to the beach and by amazing restaurants and shops. Gorgeous rooftop pool. The condo was kept clean. However, we woke up one morning to a hammer banging for about an hour next door. The front desk person was unhelpful and insisted it was the building next door, when it was clearly not. Other than that, it was a great stay for a great price!

Me quedo con un sabor agridulce de haberme hospedado es este lugar. Desde el primer día que llegamos, notamos que en uno de los baños había agua en el piso, creímos que era de la taza del baño, así que cerramos la llave de paso, al salir y llegar nuevamente al hospedaje, notamos que corría agua por la pared, notificamos en recepcion, y quedaron de ir a revisar al día siguiente ya que era de noche, pusimos una toalla en el piso y nos fuimos a dormir. Segundo día, salimos y al volver estaba el baño limpio, pero al llegar por la noche, estaba nuevamente el baño inundado, el agua ya llegaba a la habitación, fuimos a notificar nuevamente a recepcion, a la persona que estaba en ese momento en recepcion, parecía que no le habían notificado nada (los tres días estaban personas distintas), esta última persona se mostró amable, intento limpiar el agua del baño el mismo, ya que no había personal de limpieza, y al final como vio que era imposible solucionarlo, decidió darnos una nueva habitación, todo fue algo abrumador, ya que eran las 12 am y estábamos cansados de las actividades del día, el agua venia de una gotera que al parecer estaba en la habitación de arriba, ya que todo el techo estaba húmedo y corría por la pared, si sabían que la habitación no estaba en condiciones debieron de habernos cambiado desde el primer día que notificamos, fuera de eso, el lugar es bonito y las camas cómodas, y tiene buena ubicación, pero me quedo con mal sabor de boca.

So disappointing

We have stayed at this property in the past and really enjoyed our stays. This time, upon arrival, there were a few issues (popped balloons on the ceiling, the safe open in locked position, heavy perfume smell), although nothing we couldn’t deal with. But after dinner, when attempting to shower, there was no hot water. We waited until morning and let them know, and they promptly sent someone who worked on it and said he fixed it. Trying again to shower, still no hot water. He returned, and again said it was fixed. But by the time I tried to shower again, the water was cold. They then said it was the pipes and it could not be fixed. They had no other rooms available and offered us a refund. But it was after 4 pm, and we were left trying to get a refund from Expedia (not an easy process) along with finding a last minute accommodation (we had booked Singular Dreams more than 6 months prior). We ended up paying double for a room in Cancun for the rest of our trip.

Buen constructor, mal operador.

El desarrollador ha hecho un excelente trabajo para crear un espacio esteticamente muy atractivo, departamentos muy comodos, y un edificio arquitectonicamente agradable. El Operador deja mucho que desear. Personal de recepcion nada agradable y hospitalario. Personal de limpieza mal entrenado o mal motivado. Muchas oportunidades perdidas. El precio me parece que fue muy bajo para la calidad de las instalaciones, y seguramente por eso esta sufriendo el servicio.

Accueil désastreux car inexistant!!!Sommes arrivés vers 4h30 du matin pour notre 1ère nuit.En sachant que j'avais pris soin qu'il y avait bien une réception 24h/24h.A l'accueil il y avait bien une personne qui nous a montré la clé du logement ainsi que le dossier à signer mais qui nous a dit que ce n'était pas possible de faire l'admission....et qu'il fallait attendre 7h!!!!personnel incompétent car semblait ne rien comprendre et avec beaucoup de détachement surtout!!!Toute la semaine on nous a menti sur le fait qu'on pouvait voir la manager (Melissa )pour en discuter mais là même scénario...le personnel d'accueil nous mentait et n'avons jamais pu la voir.Elle n'a jamais répondu à notre mail non plus.Beaucoup de mépris de certaines personnes à l'accueil(le mr avec un cadogan)qui a fini par dire que ce n'était pas son problème....c'est pour dire le serieux de cet établissement !!!Très mauvaise expérience au Singular où nous ne reviendrons jamais et que nous déconseillerons désormais. Il vous donne qu'une clé du logement(étions 4 personnes) donc pas pratique au niveau organisation et ne veulent pas garder la clé à l'accueil....climatisation extrêmement bruyante (quand celle-ci fonctionne)donc trés compliqué pour dormir avec la nuit...sans clim température aux alentours des 29-30°...

Nice roof top pool area and great gym. Unit had no hot water and took 2 1/2 days to remedy the issue with moving us to a new room. Free breakfast was given but did not make up the inconvenience of no shower for the first two days and the time it took us to move rooms

La propiedad es excelente, el departamento es super comodo, limpio, buenas camas, equipado para cocina, se puede llevar la despensa del supermercado, tiene estacionamiento propio, es muy bueno que diario hacen limpieza. La azotea es genial con varias piscinas grandes, servicio de toallas, de snacks, muy agradable y comodo. El personal muy amable, sus espacios muy agradables y comodos. Solo la señal del celular es baja dentro del departamento y considero deben limpiar con detalle el área de la regadera de los baños. En general lo recomiendo ampliamente, sin duda regresaria.
