Our stay at this outstanding property was exceptional. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and clean. The entire staff were courteous and helpful, especially the concierge who arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station. I have never written a review before, but my daughter and I fell in love with this hotel. Its location is fantastic, but it was the outstanding staff and level of service which stood out. Location, Location, Location! This is a year old hotel in the heart of Venice. Great shopping near it, St. Marks square is a stroll away and resturaunts near the hotel. Service was amazing and hotel was spotless. The only thing that was missing was a coffee machine in the room, but they do offer coffee in the lobby bar area. A property!

They upgraded our suite and we almost didn’t want to leave the hotel room. It was that stunning. The hotel is located on the fanciest street of all the best designers.
