Good location, breakfast, basic comforts
We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the quiet room and ample breakfast. Walking distance to Frenchman Street and the French Quarter was appreciated. House was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Hosts were friendly 'though we barely saw them. Good value, but not exceptional.

Joe and Freddie are the best hosts!! Love this place, my second time here. Can’t ask for a better place to stay! Beds comfortable, breakfast great, hot tub, plenty of lounging or social areas, and all walkable to the quarter and Frenchman st. Felt safe walking in the neighborhood to get to the quarter. Oh! And free parking!!! My go to place to stay while in Nola, feels like my second home

Friendly hosts in a quaint old house
Cozy little B&B in quaint old house, walking distance to Frenchman Street and the Healing Center (I was there for a poetry festival). The owners were friendly but not "in your face," and they were able to accommodate me when I had to teach a Zoom class outside my room (the wifi was a little spotty in certain places). I would stay again! The less expensive rooms are close to the entrance and dining area, so if you're a light sleeper, I'd spring for the more expensive ones. Fortunately people were pretty quiet during our stay, but you might not always be that lucky!

This is a very charming house and the hosts are super nice and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful each day. We parked right outside the house on the street which was convenient. The courtyard is very private and we enjoyed the hot tub each night. I'm so glad we didn't stay in a downtown hotel. If we ever come back to New Orleans, we will stay here again.

Walkable to so much we wanted to do. Always had easy parking out front. Quiet residential area and the hosts were friendly and personable. The Marigny is a great neighborhood and you can easily walk to Frenchman Street, the French Quarter, and many other things. We easily found restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

The Burgundy Bed & Breakfast was lovely! Breakfast was great and made to order. We were able to walk down to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street and see all the houses along the way. It rained while we were there and they had umbrellas for us to borrow. They also had a hot tub that we used both nights. Would highly recommend.

We had the perfect stay at The Burgundy this week. Our room was so large and very comfy, with a ceiling fan, AC, bottled water and plenty of towels. We had a lovely breakfast prepared each morning by Federico (how does he make such creamy scrambled eggs?). There were plenty of spots in the house to chill after a ling day of walking, and having a hot tub was so wonderful for sore feet and legs. The location of The Burgundy was great- walkable to tons of great Marigny bars and restaurants. If you stay, check out the burgers at Maries just up the block. We can't wait to come back!

This was my husband and I's fifth trip to Nola and I think, the best. This b&b was the perfect home base for us to drive all over the city. Joe & Federico are the warmest hosts! Joe greeted us when we arrived and made sure we knew about the coffee shop and market within walking distance - both amazing. He had recommendations for us and we made sure we made it to the Emporium, a bar filled with vintage arcade games. We are pretty easy going guests and don't demand a lot, so this place was just our speed. We met some other great tourists at the breakfast table as well.

8/10 Very good

Stayed for a couple of nights in October and found the venue excellent and the hosts were very accommodating and polite. Easy walk to the local music scenes and shopping. No problem parking in the street for the few days we were there. Only reason I did not score excellent overall was could do with some additional sockets in the bedroom for phone charging and our own portable kettle we take with us.

Loved the breakfast - it was delicious and varied - thanks, Frederico. Not crazy that the B&B is a hike to the French Quarter. Also, bedroom is very basic.

Enjoy your stay!!
The place was great, very quiet, very clean and the owners were kind and courteous. Our room was big and very clean. Close to action but far enough away to be quiet also. My wife and I walked from the B&B to Music Street, French Market, French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Distillery, etc. Highly recommend this place.

This was a great find in the Marigny neighborhood- walkable to Frenchmen Street and many restaurants and bars. Joe & Federico were great hosts with Federico cooked us tasty breakfasts and they were so generous to lend us chairs for Jazz Fest. Our room was in the back opening up to back porch with cute courtyard and hot tub. We highly recommend and would book again!!
