Wonderful hotel in the historic center of Madrid
The hotel has the best location. Every important sightseeing places plaza mayor, and restaurants/cafeterias such as San Gines /San Miguel Market is within walking distance. But surprisely this hotel is very quiet. The room view is excellent. The hotel has only virtual reception. Every questions are answered via WhatsApp!. It is surprisely efficient.

Clean but need some maintain
Location is not far from subway.but still need to walk 10-15 min if you have a big package to carry.this area is not safe due to many "especial girls "and not friendly guys stand near street.the hotel service and room is good, we get a 2 level room.it is funny design,but be careful .dont fall down from step.some room plating fall off..and not so new,it is look like single apartment before . I will not suggest people to live here if u like hotel type room and service..this is like b&b with fancy designed room.

Think Twice
The room was okay. In the shower, I only had one "soap" instead of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Oh, and it was empty! So we had to somehow use what was available next to the bathroom sink. And if you are a light sleeper or looking for quietness, this is not your spot. Even with the windows closed and the metal window covered down, you still hear people walking the street having conversations at all-night hours, and the garbage truck did its nightly pick-up around 1 am. No wonder the room came with earplugs. I wish we had known this before the RSVP.

Las ubicación es excelente la mejor de las que he ido a Madrid centro ya que estás cerca de todo y la calle es bastante tranquila , la habitación con escalera es súper incómoda e imposible para personas adultas. Worst place we have ever stayed. The bathroom wasn't clean. Mold on tile grout. Toilet is uncomfortable. It was very complicated process before we can check in. But those are not the worst. The worst part is we order for a day parking which was 28 euro but they charge 2 days. But we still accept that as we stayed for 2 days. But they gave me the wrong instructions where parking is. The link they sent guided us to a different place with same descriptions like parking name, plaza name but actually it is not. I had to pay extra $33 for over night parking. Contacted to the guy and he blames on us didn't know the parking location. I am not sure if anyone has same issues but we had to left the place earlier then we planned. Terrible customer services

Overall room was clear but this place and this room especially requires renovation, old sofa old curtains with plenty of dust that you can feel in the air, dirty walls. If you stay there for a weekend it is a nightmare, due to the fact that 2 night clubs are situated same building. Loud music playing, people having fun till 5 a.m. making your stay impossible, unless you party too. Not a recommended place for family stay. It is not worth paying this price.

This hotel failed with the basics: 1) There was no running water for hours (after 9 am, when more tenants were up) 2) The external noise from outside the room was loud 3) The bed was very uncomfortable 4) There was no way to enter the hotel without carrying luggage up stairs. 5) The room (not shown in this picture) was awkward, leaving little living space. There are many other items I could pick at, but why bother. We choose the room for location, which was a mistake. Within a three week period we stayed at 3 hotels in Madrid, the others were great. I recommend avoiding this facility. S3

Apparthotel duplex lumineux spacieux confortable bien agencé et fonctionnel mais qui pourrait être beaucoup mieux exploité voire adapté pour 6 personnes car en haut il y a 1 chambre immense à l’étage dans la mezzanine avec largement la place pour un autre lit.Il manque juste à approvisionner le nécessaire de toilettes, un égouttoir pour la vaisselle un balai et de quoi nettoyer un minimum son appartement. De plus des rangements type étagères dans la salle de bain et la cuisine ne seraient pas du luxe il y a encore largement la place surtout pour une famille. En ce qui concerne l’emplacement de l’appartement rien à redire idéalement très très très bien situé très central à tous les niveaux c’est à dire à 2 pas de tous les meilleurs spots de Madrid ainsi que les moyens de transports si besoin. Facile d’accès de l’aéroport de Madrid terminal 1 prendre la ligne de métro 8 jusqu’à Colombia station, ensuite changer ligne 9 à Colombia station jusqu’à Príncipe de Vergara et enfin prendre la ligne 2 jusqu’à Ópera. À partir de là il faudra marcher à peine 5 minutes pour arriver à l’apparthotel.Le seul bémol de l’apparthotel c’est le manque d’insonorisation des chambres et c’est le bruit incroyable toutes les nuits il faut dire qu’il y a beaucoup d’animation tout le temps. Sinon je recommande fortement pour une escapade à Madrid. PS: Il n’y a certes pas de réception physique mais pas de crainte leur système high tech d’accueil virtuel est vraiment efficace vous aurez accès à tout.

A nice place to stay in Madrid city center
Stayed for 4 nights. Overall, this is a good property to stay in Madrid. Its location is excellent for exploring the city. The property is very efficiently run and the staff at the dining room are very friendly. Due to the lack of visible staff at the check-in area, I had a terrible time to deal with a few unexpected problems.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was subpar. The sheets on all the beds were stained and filthy, which made for an uncomfortable and unhygienic sleeping experience. Given the unacceptable state of cleanliness, I would not recommend this property to anyone.
