大間但是房間設施不怎麼樣的飯店

這間飯店房間內的設施並不理想，沒有書桌是讓我最受不了的。雖然有游泳池，網球場等設施，但是對於商務客來說很不方便。應該是給旅遊客居住的，但是價格又偏高，整體而言性價比並不高，不建議商務客入住。

Lack of care/not safe

Woke up my first morning there and realized when going to breakfast that the automatic lock on the door was not engaging when shutting the door. Anyone could open it without a key (no way to lock it). I asked to immediately change rooms and I was put in a room with a queen when I had paid for a king. Two more times on the trip I came back from a day out or left to go to breakfast and the door wasn’t locked or wouldn’t lock automatically when shutting it (didn’t need my key to get in). Thankfully no one took my things or came in my room but as a female I did NOT feel safe that their door locks are faulty. Two rooms doing that tells me it’s a problem with their lock system. I’ve stayed at the hotel for 15 years on business trips but it’s time to find a new one that keeps things upgraded and safe. Have to ask to get a fridge in the room (this should be standard). TVs are difficult to use. Also had room service ask to take my card with him because he forgot the machine and he’d bring it back, which I declined and so he had to bring the machine back so I could pay. Overall, there is a lack of care at this hotel than there used to be. Perhaps all these years my door lock also wasn’t working and I’m just now checking and noticing!

Antigo, Conservado, bem localizado!

Hotel antigo e conservado mas o quarto tinha o piso muito sujo. A cama me deu coceira então acredito que a limpeza do chão reflete também a limpeza dos lençóis e colchão. O hotel em si é bem estruturado. Piscina super gelada. Poderia ter uma aquecimento somente para quebrar o gelo. Chuveiro demorava pelo menos 10 minutos para esquentar toda manhã. Tirando isso é uma propriedade grande. Acolhe bem e tem restaurantes bons ao redor. Perto de dois shoppings e super bem localizado para se deslocar pela cidade.

The Copantl…My First and Only Choice

This was the 5th time I’ve stayed at the Copantl Hotel - each time involved a 7-night stay. Given my familiarity with the Copantl I certainly have had ample opportunity to evaluate the hotel, its services and its staff. I’m very pleased to say that the Copantl was absolutely wonderful - from the very helpful and attentive staff at the desk, to the staff in its restaurants and snack bar, to its staff responsible for housekeeping, to its secure and convenient location I could not have been more pleased or satisfied with the level and quality of service I received. The Copantl is a very clean, comfortable and service oriented hotel. Not to be overlooked or understated was the quality and variety of food served in its restaurants. From the rooftop restaurant to the poolside snack bar they offer delicious food at very reasonable price. Great breakfast buffet to start the day. Great dinner buffet in the hotel’s main dining room. If I had just one wish or suggestion it would be to have a few tables and chairs placed in the outside patio adjacent to the hotel’s main entrance. That was always a great spot to have a snack and a cold beverage but sadly the bar closed a few years ago and never reopened. Inexplicably the furniture on the patio outside of the bar was removed.
