We were awaken 4 times when someone pressed the emergency button and we were told to vacate the building and not use the elevator. In all cases there was no emergency. I suggest that only authorized people can press the emergncy button and not a guest.

I am a Gold member for Marriott and thought that the standards of Courtyard will be maintained and hence booked 2 rooms (for family for 4) for 8 nights (Dec 23- Dec 31). But to my surprise, this is the worst stay I ever had on my vacation. The only positive point was the location of the hotel. Here is my feedback and hoping people will make informed decision since after the experience I saw the earlier reviews.
1) Rooms are very small and impossible for even 2 people to stay comfortably
2) Bathrooms are terrible - Shower area you will keep hitting your elbow since it is too small
3) Cleaning Staff misses the room cleaning (even though it is alternate days) and when you remind them, they gave the response that it happens during peak season
4) Incorrect info - The hotel staff told us that parking is 15 USD/ day but it was 58 USD. Not a big deal but staff gave wrong info at check-in
I think this was not a Courtyard hotel before but has been rebranded as Courtyard. I hope that things improve going forward

They were very flexible with us using the pool and facilities before we could check in and after we checked out due to flight schedules. Staff were friendly and helpful. However the room was shocking, I am suprised Marriott would put their name on the hotel with these rooms. However we were is a different tower that was an obvious purchase and is being remodeled. Room was old, grimy, grout stained in shower….it was pretty bad….good thing that stuff don’t bother me too much. Location is awesome. Kids loved the hot tub and pool.

There were not enough towels in the bathroom, so I asked a front desk to have housekeeping stuff to bring more towels. It took more than 3 hours for them to bring the towels. They said that they did not have enough towels....???
We asked a front desk to have a bellman to bring our luggage to the room since my wife and I had bad back. We waited more than 2 hours and finally we gave it up and brought all lauggage by ourselves.

Very poor condition property. Marriott had acquired a couple of old buildings and put them as hotel. Rooms are small, bathroom is very small. We ran into many issues- Internet not working, phone not working, keys were not working every other day. It’s a cheap motel with a Marriott name, not worth the money

I did not end up staying here after reading so many really horrible reviews about the bad smells, mold in rooms, old mattresses and noise! These were recent reviews and I was traveling related to a medical issue so did not want any added stress. They did reimburse me for 1/2 of my reservation cost with help from Expedia .

We couldn’t open the bathroom door at 4 am and we had to wait until 6 am for someone from the engineering department to fix the lock.
Housekeeping is every other day, but it was very superficial. They didn’t vacuum or clean the sinks. One of those days we didn’t have towels.
The information in Expedia for this hotel is kind of deceiving. The amenities are not what Expedia shows.
