Amazing hotel! Definitely recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights as we were on a family vacation! The hotel was great and it was near the main tourist attractions. The lobby was amazing along with the service! Definitely recommend this hotel for travellers visiting Quebec!

Decent economical place to stay

Older hotel , but decent place to stay fairly cheap. It was a great location with a car to visit Quebec City and points North up the river

Marie, 1-night trip

Very clean hotel and the balcony in the room is facing the indoor pool. It was beautiful! The beds were comfortable as well.

The location is great. Very close to downtown Quebec. Hotel is newly renovated with swimming pool and hot water pool. Service was available as needed.
Komal, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The front lobby is extremely warm when you first enter and the elevator is extremely hot and old, but otherwise a good stay.
Pamela, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Many restaurants nearby including Tim Horton’s, Subway & McDonald’s. Close to a shopping mall & Old Quebec City. Could use some new renovations and the rooms need to be more thoroughly cleaned.
lillian, 4-night trip

Great price, quick check in. Nice pool, but by 8oclock on our first night they ran out of towels bathroom cabinets finish was peeling, baseboards under window stained. But everything was neat and clean Over all I would consider staying there again
denise, 3-night trip

Robert William, 2-night trip

I liked this hotel during my stay in Quebec City. There’s lots of parking available and the staff were great and friendly. The only complaint I have is the railings were loose in the pool and hot tub. The hot tub had a bit of algae growth on the stones too. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again if I was in Quebec City.
Paul, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Beds were comfy, room ok but needs updating. At least no carpets. Hot tub was warm but small, pool water was too warm. Seating around pool was nice. AC was not working so we got our nights half price, that was nice.
melissa, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hotel service at front desk was good. I think we had a room upgrade however the room itself was a bit rough. Holes in wall. Patchwork in bathroom. Some furniture in poor repair. Because it seemed to be an upgrade we were fine with it. The pool hot tub area was very good. Overall it was a good stay.
Richard, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Old and no treatment works since last century, but location is 15$ from old city by taxi, very comfortable beds and pillows, it was really big and clean. Oh, and forget about pool, you will never get there, all kidds and toddlers with moms from huge hotel will not let you even come close!
Svitlana, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Overall it’s a nice hotel, but the room we stayed in was dated, the bed wasn’t really comfortable (old mattress) and the air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t even put it on while we slept, so the room was hot during the night.
Sarah, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Good water pressure and comfortable beds. Very basic room with damage to ceilings and walls. No soap in bathroom.
Dan, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

This hotel needs some TLC. We had issues and they where resolved in a reasonable manner. It could be a great hotel if they put money into it. The hot tub was extremely hot. Never seen one that hot. That being said the price was good for summer.

First time in Canada

We enjoyed our first time in Canada at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very patient with us... we don't speak French. My only recommendation would be to bring a fan. There is no air-conditioning and the windows can't be open. The pool was beautiful. The location is very convenient to tourist attractions and fast food.
Connie, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

You see which hotel had its glory years, but now, summer 2025, the maintenance has been left in oblivion. There is mold in the outlets of the air conditioning grilles as well as on the ceiling and the walls of the bathroom. The hotel is screaming for a makeover.
Maria Luisa, 2-night trip
