Nothing like the website.

Well first we had to change rooms because there was a leak in the bathroom. Second in the new room I killed 3 house roaches and the shower squirted at you and the water pressure was very low. Plus they advertised a gym and nothing. Plus the breakfast could be better for the price you pay.

Never again

Reserved on hotels.com. Arrived and given a different type of room with just 2 beds and we had 7 people with us. Front desk gave us another room, key didn’t work, new key didn’t work, turns out it was the door itself not working. New room given, entry door wouldn’t close unless door handle was turned from the inside and slammed. The 2 AC units didn’t cool the room much. Visible water damage on walls, holes in shower above shower head, only 2 towels given for all of us, noticeable incomplete repairs around Murphy beds, shower head dripped water all night leaving a large puddle by morning time. Asked for late check out so the kids had a place to shower before we left. They couldn’t accommodate but said they’d give us until 12 for free. We agreed. Went back at 11:15 am. The door was wide open and the room had already been stripped down and bed sheets removed. Glad we didn’t leave anything behind. Otherwise: complimentary breakfast was just cereal, fruit, coffee, pastries, and bagels which had obvious mold on the bagel that was directly at eye level. Walkways and in office there were huge cockroaches. We watched as they would try to get on the elevator and just fall into the cracks. It’s also labeled as a smoke free environment “anywhere on premises”, but the front desk worker was standing outside smoking every time I went in. He was a very nice guy and made the changes needed to provide us a room but I would’ve asked for a refund if I hadn’t arrived so late.

It was okay, the elevator was so hot & stank & slow. There were roaches in the bathroom & hallway, the continental breakfast was moldy, didn’t want to get in the pool because it was so murky. Ok the plus side, the location was good, the room wasn’t in bad shape, and the balcony was nice.

Active construction and lack of cleanliness.

I have been going to this hotel for several years. But this last time was my last time for a while. That place was dirty, going under constant renovations, full of old appliances all over the hotel area by elevator and pool. The room itself was old and dated. As much as I have enjoyed this hotel on the past I will wait until they finish everything and maybe go back. Just know the hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures here.

To start they under construction and they don’t let know the guest about it, the room have cracks on all the walls , the door don’t close well , the toilet nasty like they never cleaned , the tub super nasty super dirty and hair on the walls super bad experience.

When we first arrived the sign said excuse construction we stayed in the north building the room needs updated halls were dirty bathroom was very old and rusted there was holes in the curtains mosquitos and palmetto bugs were in our room we called for help and was told this hotel has an infestation they are trying to work on
