Lovely friendly helpful staff. However I booked an accessible room and because of its location it was extremely difficult to get my electric wheel chair into the room independently. Also would have been easier with a walk in shower other than the step in bath to shower

I just stayed for a night as my work meeting got extended and need to stay late night . Looks like this hotel just build in couple of days before , so no internet facilities but Room and facilities looks all clean and good. its good stay for money which they charged.

No wifi at all while I was there. No shelves in room for clothes. No plug sockets by the bed, just USB ports which is terrible from a digital security awareness perspective. My card stopped working when I got back to my room & it took a lot to get the attention of staff on reception. They didn’t seem best pleased to help when they finally came out from the back.

Get what you pay for and then a bit less aswell

You get what you pay for at this place ..the rooms are ok, the carpet could use a deep clean , the bathroon was clean , the beds were ok...the WiFi didn't work when I was there and thet said it was a BT issue. Asked for a partial refund as I wanted to work there but said that couldn't be done. Poor service as clearly it was in breach of advertising standards if the manager didn't happen to know. Couldn't be bothered to argue so left..stat here only if you absolutely have to and don't have other choices available

The hotel we originally booked had been shut down and despite a sign saying guests had been notified by email, I had received nothing. Relocating to the other side of the service station wasn’t a major issues, but would have been handy to know for travel arrangements. The hotel was basic, and run down. The hotel was basic and that’s all one really needs from a Days Inn. However my booking had been changed to a different hotel due to it being flooded and closed, but no-one advised me of this, so I arrived at a closed hotel with no phone connection. No-one thought to call me to tell me.
