The hotel was under construction during my stay, which is probably the reason for my average rankings. However, my bathroom shower was broke and did not stay closed and my AC was not the easiest to work in the room got hot very quickly.

Nos cobraron 10 dólares adicionales por cada desayuno y solo habia pan, cereal y café. No nos dijeron que están en remodelación y era todo un desorden al llegar. Tal vez en otras condiciones sea una mejor experiencia. En cuanto a las habitaciones, son buenas y limpias.

AVOID THIS HOTEL
Do not stay at this hotel. It is blight in the Hilton group. Hot water was slow, taking a timed five minutes to get to my room. Shades could not be adjusted to block out the parking lot lamp f an adjacent business. TV operation was very confusing. There was no instructions available--either in the room or at the front desk

As I was driving to the place, I got a phone call from them stating that due to renovations our reservation was cancelled. They could do nothing about it. Their manager was unavailable. They were rude on the phone. I was just coming from a funeral. I do not recommend this property David Ostfeld. So far no refund

First issue was that the room door was open when we went to the room the first time. Notified the front desk. They came to review the room and we assumed it was an accident by housekeeping as the door seemed to stick when shutting and needed to be fully pulled shut to fully close. Then we found our room was extremely cold. The thermostat showed 66. I tried to adjust this and it set off the fire alarm. I turned down the thermostat and the alarm stopped. No one checked on us and the room smelled like gas. Went downstairs to front desk and asked for a new room but was told there were none. I asked to be moved to a new hotel b/c the room could not be slept in. Since the alarm did not alert anyone I did not feel comfortable that carbon monoxide may have been released. The front desk person then found another room for us to stay in. My daughter and I sat outside for 30 minute as we both had headaches from the smell and then we went to our new room and stayed awake for another 2 hrs to make sure we were feeling okay and not experiencing any counter effects. The rest of our stay was fine and what I typically experience when staying at a Hilton.

Our overnight stay was simply to visit local friends and shop. We've stayed at this property once before and we're impressed with the room and hotel cleanliness. This visit did not disappoint us.

Upon walking in a very strong order of curry, fine through the entire hotel, it was horrible can’t stand the smell of that. And and the hotel staff not that friendly. I felt like they were hiding from us as to avoid us, especially the girl with the piercings and hoodie upon arrival

I didn’t like how they gave the wrong room. When I called the front desk to ask why I was give this room when I booked I king room not a double twin bed. The guy at the front desk told me since you booked through a third party you get what you get. Do me that is not how front desk is supposed to respond. The next I want do to ask why I was put in the wrong room they told me because i booked through a third party never had that problem before. Also they told me they put me in the that room because of they were full due to the hurricane. I also told them those are not queen beds those are twins the shower is not wrong right. Also the room only has half a roll of toilet paper. Along with construction they had going on this is one of the worst stay I had and I have stay heard multiple times.
