The property was very centrally located with many shops and the Tottenham Court tube station a few minutes away. Having Gail’s bakery downstairs and a 30% discount for staying at the Numa was a plus.

There was a strong odor coming from the bathroom; air fresheners could be placed in the room and bathrooms. Additionally, the window in our room would not open, so we couldn't ventilate the room, and the air quality was poor. It would be very beneficial to make the windows openable.

Very good location, in terms of transport and restaurant choices. Walking distance to many central London spot. Very close to Tottenham Court Road station this makes travel to airport and nearby town by Elizabeth line much easier.

It's a very strange hotel, but I absolutely loved it. It's fully automated, so there are no staff at all that I saw in the building. You have to download an app to: - access the front door - control the lifts - open your room door - control the blinds - control the lighting in the room It's very futuristic, but it's really cool. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back when I next need to stay there for work.

Clean, safe and well- located convenient place with coffee and tea, comfortable bed and full bathtub. Had a great stay!

We saw no staff during our stay, the room was spotless. There was some early morning noise from the bakery below, but this would only be audible in a few rooms. The hotel was well placed to see London and was a 15 minute walk from the theatres and nightlife of soho. There are lots of eateries nearby too. I would highly recommend the hotel.

I chose Numa as the Rooms have air con (the weather was very hot). It was great to have a mini fridge and tea/coffee provisions. Thr Toom and bathroom were clean. The organisation and communication for checking-in/issues/check-out were good (with no staff/Reception). Nice to have a 30% discount with Gail's Bakery next door.

The location is just fantastic - easy to get to from the tube and a great place to base yourself to explore London The check in process is different as you get emailed a code, however the communication is great. I needed to store luggage on arrival and the staff were fantastic in assisting me Lots of good food options in walking distance - nice area

Sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gut gelegen. Klimaanlage. Waschbecken etwas klein, kein Platz um Kosmetikartikel hinzulegen, wir hatten aber ein kleines Zimmer bestellt und das erklärt wahrscheinlich das Mini Waschbecken

This is really an aparthotel, with no reception desk, code access to lobby, lift/floors and rooms. The rooms are not serviced unless your stay is longer than 1 week. There was some beat music playing (?next door building/ outlet below the room) early Sat and Sun mornings (ear plugs are provided for those who use them). There is no hotel restaurant/bar
