Great stay!

Breakfast had different breads to toast and luncheon meats with condiments for sandwiches. They also had eggs, bacon, pancakes, cold cereal with raisins, nuts, etc. also had yogurt and cappuccino maker or choice of tea. Gluten free options too. Staff at front desk and breakfast room were courteous and friendly, excellent hosts. Room had a large king size bed with extra pillows and a fridge. It was dated, but clean. We did not use the air conditioning as we could open the windows. We were in Room #304 and could hear bar patrons at the end of the night, but that didn’t last long. Hotel was in the tourist district and walking distance to many tourist destinations and there was a laundromat across the street. $5 for wash and another $5 for the dryer. Restaurants were expensive, as expected, but looked inviting. The gym was in the lower level and had a sign for an extra charge for $10-15. We did not use.

Alter Palazzo, alte Zimmer

Hotel in einem alten Palast mitten in Florenz. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Zimmer mittelmäßig und das Frühstück gerade noch akzeptabel. Kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Garage direkt daneben, aber abenteuerliche Fahrt durch die Innenstadt dorthin.

Bom hotel

Hotel é bem localizado, equipe educada, prestativa. Cafe da manha bom, unico inconveniente é sobre o banheiro. Nao tem box, e fica um aguaceiro todo.

Väldigt bra placerat, har varit där tidigare. Tyvärr denna gången möttes av en otrevlig personal vid frukost (en medelålders kvinna med turban), som gjorde vistelse mindre bra.

Bem localizado

O hotel não é ruim. A cama é boa e grande, muito confortável. Mas nos colocaram no 3 andar, o elevador parou de funcionar algumas vezes, tivermos que subir de escadas, e o pé direito de cada andar era o dobro do tamanho comum. 🙆‍♂️ Mas o café da manhã era OK, o pessoal da recepção super educados e prestativos, a localização é uma das melhores, fica proximo a tudo.

Great hotel, great location

Perfect location great breakfast with lovely staff. Large comfortable room. Drinks facilites and fridge Free water everyday. Would definitely return. Price was advertised inclusive of taxes but does not include city tax...€7 euro per person per night so greeted with a €98 bill on departure

Hotel is ok. Breakfast is good.

The room in which I stood had a twin bed and was quite small. It was only for one night, so it was ok. It was decent, the bathroom had good water pressure, the bed was reasonable (one of the sides, which must be more used by solo travelers because it’s near the bedside table, had a dio in the mattress, so I slept on the other side), good central AC, little fridge, safe, hangers in the closet, free toiletries and water. The apartment was clean. The breakfast was good, lotta options! The location is quite central, so it’s suitable if you’re aiming for downtown Firenze. The lobby is nice. The elevator is slow. If you’re gonna climb the stairs, it’s long. Staff was attentive. Warning: don’t go driving unless you have a ZTL permit or you’ll be fined! Get a cab, go walking or park the car in the garage right next door, which will put your car on the ZTL white list (but it’s expensive). This hotel doesn’t offer a ZTL permit.
