The service is good and the location and ground is beautiful. The room is a bit outdated but still comfortable. The breakfast is very good and adult poor very nice after a hot day in the sun. Overall I will definitely recommend.

I really looked at all the Manuel Antonio hotel options and this one was truly the best for a family. Food and drinks weren’t cheap but the pool area was fantastic and they even cooked the fish we caught on our tour. Rooms very clean and super friendly staff. Great place, great views, great cocktails

We stayed here for just 3 nights at the end of our trip to CR and could have definitely stayed longer. Service was fabulous both in reception and restaurants always someone to greet you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble… thankfully even helping you with many bags up many steps was no trouble. Room was a good size nicely laid out with aircon and a massive bathroom. Food in the restaurant was a little pricey but really enjoyable and breakfast was great with a small buffet and a menu to order off too which we loved. Cocktails were also amazing we loved it if we were back in time for happy hour while the kids played in the pool. The pool was lovely well maintained and the small slide was a massive hit. It’s not the biggest family pool where as the adult pool looked bigger which is a shame but didn’t affect my families enjoyment. They also run a small programme of activities which I thought was great even if we didn’t get to enjoy them. Beautiful grounds in a good location with a few restaurants and a couple of shops in walking distance. The espadilla (?) beach is as only a few minutes down the road but don’t attempt walking back up like we did…. It’s steep! We also got an Uber cheaply to the MA park and to Quepos. Only very slight negatives it wasn’t the easiest to get an Uber it’s only if they were passing and the shuttle bus could benefit from having one more time each way and a few more parasols around the pool would have been fab. But overall fantastic

Todo muy bien, en recepcion muy amables, desayuno fantastico... muy buena la modalidad que ofrecen. Piscina para Adultos con excelente vista, la atencion de Marco super amable, atento, buena musica. No dejo de indicar que todo lo que comimos estuvo fantastico, delicioso, exquisito y muy buena presentacion. PERO Sugiero revisar la limpieza en general del lugar, especialmente la cocina... y los bares, ya es un asunto de infraestructura no de personas. muchas gracias por estos días tan maravillosos que pasamos...

The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were not given the type of room we had booked. We were given a room with two king size beds which left no room to move around or for the usual seating area. Very tiny closet area. The hotel was apparently full so we were not switched to another room for two days. The room we were eventually given was satisfactory but the room and bathroom needs updating. Road noise and intermittent sewer smell throughout the resort. Lack of shade around the pools. Beds were comfortable. Food was good in both restaurants. Views are fabulous. Monkeys roaming the resort were great entertainment.

This property is amazing! We were impressed when we first walked into the open lobby to see the hills, trees, pool, and ocean. It is truly a beautiful and peaceful property. Only one problem - no water in room to wash with- the water completely shut down twice. Once in the morning in middle of showers. The response was quick and fixed both times but no one likes soap in their eyes they can’t wash out. They only gave us a small discount off extras for the inconvenience which should have been a bit more. None the less we would definitely return and recommend because everything else was wonderful. The property is beautiful!

We booked a 2 night stay. Our initial reception was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and gave lots of information about the resort. We were escorted to our room and the luggage taken for us. The features were clearly explained. At all times the staff were very courteous & couldn’t do enough to help. We had dinner both evenings which, again, was excellent. The location is fantastic with amazing views. All in all, the best experience we had in Costa Rica.

No Hot water for 24 hours - hotel repeatedly said it was being fixed (did get a credit on food bill …eventually ) buildings are tired and dated … staff are exhausted.. work hard and long hours .. food for dinner very poor .. breakfast OK and omelette cooked to order included in price …description says National park is ten mins walk .. it’s not and you can’t walk it ..road is too busy .. it’s a ten minute drive .. no access to beach .. hotel is on busy road .. roads at front of hotel will be very noisy.. my room had a balcony with a nice view ..On check in the receptionist repeatedly bent back my passport and totally ruined it breaking the spine of the passport. Even when I told him to stop he didn’t and he didn’t apologise. It’s a new passport which I’ll need to replace and I’m worried I won’t get through border control .. never experienced that before
