Since the family trip was important to me and we stayed over 5 nights, I have requested the family room with city view and higher floor when I made reservation. However, the room has been assigned at 4/F and we were disappointed about it. In addition, the food supply was suddenly stopped for almost an hour in one of the day during Estate Holiday. Many visitors were suffered from long queuing and waiting in the restaurant during breakfast time.

Hôtel récent. Chambre standard spacieuse. Je suis tombée sur une personne à l’accueil parlant français et très gentille. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. La personne à l’accueil est très accueillante. Je recommande cet hôtel et j’y retournerais.

Les chambres sont propres suffisamment grandes (nous avions une chambre familiale pour 4) et les lits confortables. Il y a ce qu'il faut pour se préparer une boisson chaude dans la chambre mais pas de coffre fort. Il y a des ports USB pour charger son portable (utile notamment si vous n'avez pas d'adaptateur UK !). L'établissement est bien situé, proche de la gare de Paddington, du métro et de nombreux arrêts de bus permettant de rejoindre le centre de Londres rapidement, il y a aussi des supérettes et des restaurants à proximité. Peu de rangement dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain par contre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bien garni, il y a un peu de monde et donc d'attente en fonction des horaires en revanche. Le personnel est très sympathique, on se sent bien accueillis. Nous sommes arrivés vers 13h et on nous as de suite donné les clés de la chambre sans supplément.

Hôtel très correct dans l’ensemble. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, même s’il serait appréciable d’avoir du vrai pain. La chambre était spacieuse et les lits confortables. Dommage toutefois que les toilettes ne soient pas séparées de la salle de bain, et que l’évier soit trop petit. On entend légèrement le bruit du périphérique, malgré un bon double vitrage, si vous êtes côté route, mais cela reste supportable. Le personnel est agréable et serviable, et l’hôtel est bien situé.

Our room was clean and big enough for our needs. However, the shower was cold the first night, the lobby had several leaks (that were going into buckets), and the breakfast buffet was not well-stocked for the number of people trying to eat. Overall, it's a convenient hotel near Paddington and Edgware Road tube stations that will suffice for most travelers if you're willing to put up with less than a stellar hotel. You get what you pay for.

Un grand merci à Keinara et Ali à l'accueil pour leur gentillesse et leur réponses apportées à nos questions... De plus, l'hôtel est hyper propre, bien placé avec beaucoup de transport proche d'une grande avenue mais l'hôtel est vraiment calme dans un quartier hyper sympa. Un rapport qualité prix introuvable sur Londres.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden und das Personal vor allem am Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man hatte das Gefühl, das sie sehr gerne für ihre Gäste da sind. Ausserdem möchten wir das Restaurant erwähnen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war typisch englisch, sehr gut und auch das Abendessen im Steakhouse ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch oder vorallem mit Kindern.
