Un lugar muy bonito para estar en familia

El hotel se encuentra en el centro de Cuernavaca, lo que lo hace práctico para movilizarte, pero un poco ruidoso por los bares y restaurantes de la zona. La habitación fue cómoda en general, el colchón estaba un poco duro. El baño es incómodo porque es muy transparente y está abierto hacia arriba, si te gusta la privacidad puede que no sea buena idea. El desayuno incluido es rico. La atención de los meseros no es muy amable, pero es rápida.

Me encantó y sin duda me vuelvo a hospedar ahí.

Me encantó! Las camas deliciosas, todo muy limpio, habitaciones muy grandes, el desayuno está perfecto, la atención de todo el personal, la cercanía al centro y a la central camionera nos permitió andar a pie y ahorrar, y la alberca de hidromasaje fue el plus.

The rooms were quite nice and, with one exception, well maintained. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful from the valet parking which was free to the front desk. The included breakfast was a good value and again the staff were very nice at the restaurant. Parking is limited but the staff juggles the cars around and we had no problems. One problem we did have was that the air conditioning in our first room did not work and it was a warm day. They offered us another room but it was smaller and definitely not as nice as the first and they were unwilling to give us a lower price. However they did find another room comparable to the one we originally booked and all was well. Despite this glitch we really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The place has a lovely Garden and is really quite nice.
