The Key card cannot open the room door! They told me that I have to pull the door to a certain position so the magnetic lock can sense it right. This is not the first time I encounter door problem in Hilton hotel. I will definitely not choose Hilton hotel again.

Everything was fine until the morning of my flight to return home. I scheduled my daughters and I a shuttle service at 4:00am. Our flight was at 6am. The entire reason I booked with Hilton was because of the convenience of the shuttle to the airport at such an early morning. I was told to arrive 10 mins early. We decide to arrive 15 minutes early. At 4:05am no shuttle had arrived. The front desk person kept telling us he would be there in another 5 mins and after 30 minutes of waiting we get told Sorry we don’t have a ride for you. The shuttle hit a deer. I would’ve definitely understood and booked my uber right away but the fact that we were told to wait and then told there was no ride for us after 30 mins was stressful. Thankfully we made it to the airport before boarding started. If this would’ve happened to someone who didn’t have access to uber or know how to even use the app they would’ve missed their flight. Your front desk worker did not even ask us if there was anything he could do to help. That was the only thing that bothered me other than that the hotel was great.
