Meh…
It was just ok. Had a small coffee maker in the bathroom and coffee packets but no coffee pot. Bed covers were thin. No blankets in the room. Theft must have been a major issue because there was a sign in the bathroom stating that missing blankets would be a $50 charge. (We didn’t have to worry about that since we didn’t have one to begin with.) Hotel is in sore need of updating. There was plenty of parking, though, because hardly anyone was there. Same for the casino. Slots were a no-go. Did not have a single win while gaming there. We did go to a couple of the other casinos and did better. For a few dollars more we could have gone to Gold Strike. I think we’ll try that one next time.

Tunica…. Ghost town
Hotel is very clean, beds super comfortable. Tunica isn’t what it used to be & it was almost like a ghost town. Front desk closes at 10 pm & when we went to check out there was a sign saying to find security guard to give keys to. Very sad seeing these older casinos fade away. Hotel is very very clean but you can tell they’ve given up trying to maintain some of the building and structure.

Not worth the stay!
This place is a dump, way out of town and no one was even in the casino. The hotel is very dated and smells in the hallways. Won't make this a stop again if we return to Tunica.

Sorry I Stayed at Sam’s Town
I stayed here for business and did not visit the casino. The air quality was polluted with smoke and made it hard to breathe. There was a moldy odor in the hallway of hotel. Upon checkout at 7:15 am, I had to make two trips from the room to my vehicle. When I returned to the room for the rest of my things, I couldn’t enter. Key card dud NOT work. I went to desk for help and the clerk refused to help me without showing mg ID. She had just saw me walk out of hotel. I returned to the desk after retrieving my ID. Clerk rekeyed cards but this did not work. I was still locked out of my room. Returned to service desk and the clerk called maintenance. Completely unapologetic. I met maintenance at room and she diagnosed it as a battery problem. I was late for work due to this inconvenience. Very disappointed in my stay here, cleanliness of the hotel, and the level of service.

Not so great but staff was great.
The front desk staff were very friendly. The heat was on 76 degrees when we arrived in our room (very hot). The mattress was not good, at all and the bathroom was very dated/stained. One of the lamps on the room was inoperable and the tvs are very old.
