Room - We stayed in the 'Lovely Room' for 4 nights which was actually quite spacious. It had a hairdyer, great toiletries, big TV with chromecast, small desk, speaker and an amp for a guitar! The slight quirks/issues was there was no storage space except for the small wardrobe. There is room for shelves/drawers underneath the main shelf so would be helpful if they added this. The room was unusually warm for January, the air con wasn't great but could at least open a window. The shower is a glass cube with an outside curtain for privacy - was fine for us but might not be everyone's cup of tea!
There is a galley on each floor with an iron and where you can get tea, coffee and water which is great although the tap takes a bit of getting use to. The breakfast is really good with great choice and allergens are labelled.
The staff are really friendly and the bar area and cocktails are great! If you forgo room cleaning the you get a free drink voucher for the bar which is great. The best part about this hotel is the location, right in the heart of the old town area and as within a shopping complex, its generally quite quiet. Only 10-15min walk from the station. Great hotel for the price!
