Hotel is perfectly located, 10-15mins walk to all the places we wanted to go (town centre, train station, dense areas of restaurants). Highly recommend junior suite which is just the right size for 2. While breakfast was included in the rate it really was very very basic. Staff were friendly enough.

Un accueil à réviser.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien, proche des Vaporetto et de toutes commodités. L'accueil a été néanmoins moyen. Nous sommes venus entre amis, il était convenu qu'à notre arrivée la suite louée serait équipée d'un lit "allemand"qui n"était pas fait. La réponse de la personne à été ' je n' ai personne pour faire votre lit". Nous l'avons donc fait nous même sur le canapé dépliable avec des draps fournis et ... Une couverture salle, qui a bien-sûr été remplacée par une propre sur demande. Le reste de la chambre était cependant agréable. Il manque quelques détails pour être à la hauteur du standing promis.

Very good pick. About 15 mins walk from ferry terminal Fdt Nove. 10 mins from Rialto. Very friendly staff. My highlight: the lady who looks after the breakfast...super friendly and she remembered after 1 day what we prefer to drink for breakfast. Room was clean and nice. Comfy bed. We stood in superior room. Definatly a recon. Also the taverna in front of thr building is a good place for food.

We had the good fortune to select the Hotel Ca Vendramin in located in the Cannaregio neighborhood of Venice. This beautiful hotel is in a 15th century palazzo that is located on a quiet and serene canal. There are a total of 15 rooms in the hotel and as soon as we entered the hotel, we felt as if we were staying in someone’s home. Our room was located on the 2nd floor of the hotel with a view to a shared courtyard. It also had a spacious seating area where we could unwind after a hectic day in Venice. Just outside of our room was a large room that my wife and I called the “Great Room.” It had comfortable chairs and an impressive dining room table in the middle. The staff went out of their way to make us feel like welcome guests. Allesandro, Michela, Benedetta and the rest of the staff were gracious, accommodating and most importantly, made us feel welcome and appreciated. Michela always had a smile on her face when we came down for breakfast and by the 2nd day she immediately prepared two tea pots for us because we are not coffee drinkers. The entire staff takes pride in this hotel and it shows in how their guests are treated. If I could give them more that 5 stars, I definitely would. It is a five to seven minute walk to the vaporetto stop at Ca Oro and the Rialto Bridge is about 15 minutes from the hotel. There are a number of great dining options nearby and the front staff is happy to give you a recommendation or even make a reservation for you.

Hidden gem in a centralized location. This simply elegant Renaissance palace is away from the main tourist areas yet only a few feet from the Strada Nova, shopping and restaurants. From this location we walked all of Venice never needing to take a vaporetto. We stayed a week in a junior suite with balconies and views of a small canal. The room was spacious and extremely well appointed, leaving us wanting for nothing. The hotel advertises its level of care which we found to be exceptional. The staff is an amiable team dedicated to excellent, warm and friendly service. It was a pleasure to watch them interact with each other. If you have a problem they will solve it. Kudos to Alessandro and his attentive charming professionalism as well as Michela and Sylvia. EVERY staff member including the housekeepers contributed to the feeling of being well cared for. The hotel lobby has a small bar and breakfast room that that features a modest international breakfast included with the price of your room. Breakfast room service is also an option. There is no elevator in this historical building but the gracious staff managed our baggage for us. Some of the room features that contributed most to our comfort were: Heated marble bathroom floor Heated towel rack Rainfall and hand held shower Great water pressure Large soaking tub in a room separate from the toilet Quality linens Massive room with high ceilings, well heated. In room electric tea kettle, china cups, reasonablely priced minibar

Great
Stayed two nights in Venice and if you want a quiet place with a great breakfast and in a good location choose this place. The staff were super nice and helpful. After long days walking the overcrowded streets in Venice, it is nice to go back to a quiet hotel in a safe area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ca' Vendramin Zago. It's 8 mins walking from the water bus. There's a market near by and tons of restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Vanessa who was at the reception was super helpful answering all our questions and recommending restaurants. The breakfast was delicious we ate there the 2 mornings we were there. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfectly venice with a small but perfect balcony and view to the canal. Would absolutely stay there again.

Flot centralt placeret hotel i fredeligt omgiv
Virkelig dejligt hotel centralt i byen, men stadig i fredeligt område. Yderst venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Superflot værelse i historisk rum. Dejlig frisklavet morgenmad med det man må forvente - og i det hele taget bare én rigtig god oplevelse.
