The room was excellent. Plenty of room for the three of us. The location was great it was near all the places we wanted to visit, the Grand Lake, The Capitol, the botanic garden which was amazing. Highly recommend going there. The parking was great underground so we were able to leave the suitcases in the car. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I would go back there any time.

Everything was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining options, which were varied and plentiful within a short walk. Parking was on the street, but underground parking was also available.

The staff was very unfriendly. Specifically the guy working the night shift who had a long blonde hair. He was not very accommodating and willing to listen to our complaint about the harsh chemicals used to clean our room. We had two little kids who both had irritated skin and burning eyes due to the harsh chemicals used in our room. All of us were coughing throughout the night. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
