总体来说一般，酒店提供免费导游定位手机使用，靠近termini车站，除了酒店的淋浴设施坏了没修理，胡乱喷水以外，其他都还可以，服务员工超烂超烂

Our room has terrible Wifi signal 80% of the time. When I inform the front desk, he (Older gentleman) just said “no one ever complain before” and treat me as a trouble maker. I only use iPad. Because I check out the hotel at 6am in the morning, When I asked for early payment of hotel bills the day before check out, the same older employee tell me “it’s not possible to do so”. I thought he did not understand me. When I tell him again, He said in a very inpatient and loud tone: “I just told you it it not possible”. (I was always with a smile and asking politely) His loud tone and hand gesture were unprofessional . (I cannot believe how he treated hotel guest with such unprofessional attitude). He should just explain to me like all other normal hotel employees instead rudely almost yell at me. My experience with this older gentleman at front desk regarding weak unstable WiFi and prepayment has been terrible. I will never return to this hotel. He should learn from other younger staffs in hotel.

This was our second stay here. We love the location. Easy access to trains, buses, restaurants, etc. Not as busy as downtown. We use “hop on-hop off to get to everything. A beautiful remodel since our last stay. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful with all of our needs. We will return on our next stay in Rome.

Great little hotel in the centre of Rome. Nothing fancy and slightly dates, but great service, daily room clean and free luggage storage. I was a solo traveller and my single room had a pretty big bed (small double), fridge, great shower, desk and view from the window. Only a 5 minute walk from the Forum and 10 mins to Colosseum. Very safe area close to train station, metro and dozens of restaurants. Perfect hotel for solo travellers on a budget.

Hotel is 5 min walk from train station and walking distance to Colosseum and other main attractions. Many nice restaurants in the area. Rooms nice and clean. We had a double room and it was nice and spacious, but our friend who booked a single room, had a very small room. Breakfast is good, and there is free coffee all day. Only minus and a bit weird thing was that they asked us at checkin if we could give staff 5% in tips when checking out. When checking out they asked again. I do prefer to give tips cash to cleaning or anyone else I think deserve extra, but not as an add on to my bill to the hotel. You don’t even know who that goes to? The reception staff, cleaning or managers? Very weird request from a country in Europe where tips are not part of their salary as in the states.

Our room was decorated with rose petals for our anniversary which was lovely. The staff were great. The hotel was located around 10-15 minutes from the colosseum but the Trevi fountain was about 25 minute walk. There is a metro stop not far away but we didn’t use it. Relatively good location. The only reason why I gave 4 stars in one category was because the double bed was actually two singles pushed together - which was just annoying.

El hotel está impecable, súper limpio, huele muy bien. Los baños los remodelaron y están muy lindos, el personal es muy amable, te hacen sentir en casa, y el hotel queda a 15 minutos caminando a la fontana di Trevi, y hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel.

Excellent séjour dans son ensemble, hôtel très bien placé pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques. Tout était très bien mais nous avons trouvé très étrange de devoir laisser un pourboire pour les employés qui sont en charge du ménage. Pas habituel du tout.

Front desk never returned my credit card. I waited in lobby for 20 minutes for a cab during that time my card was never returned. it was early in the morning so maybe we both weren’t thinking straight but i’m not the one working.
