Opportunistic and Dishonest Hotel Management

The building and surroundings are beautiful but they prioritise the income rather than customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel after their opportunist and dishonest behaviour. They have even did not honor their own cancellation policy after their employee submitted in writing.

This is the most amazing hotel and we can not wait to return and stay again. They treated us like true VIP’s and we were upgraded from a standard room to a junior suite! We were disappointed to be charged $18 for coffee in the morning given the nightly rate and reputation. We visited the wellness area in the spa and were so offended that cell phones and loud talking was happening/permitted (?) from guests. This ruined our spa experience. The dining and concierge staff were wonderful but the establishment needs to review its priorities and policies.
