Très bonne option avec des enfants

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec notre petit fils Lou 9 ans il a adoré l'explorer club qu'il a beaucoup fréquenté avec Helena et Daniela qui sont très professionnelles et très sympathiques pour elles une note de 10 sur 10 .La grandeur de l'hôtel est parfaite .un petit bémol pas assez de transat sur la plage et difficile de se baigner avec le corail .Il serait parfait de mettre un ponton qui nous mennerait à une profondeur plus importante.

This review is sooo long overdue however.... Last February we stayed at Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort & Spa , and the experience was so memorable that I still feel compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment we arrived, the resort's breathtaking views, impeccable service, and relaxing atmosphere made our trip unforgettable. A special shoutout to Oswaldo, Carlos, and Armando who worked in the main dining area—(after a year, i still remembered them) three staff members who truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly attentive , professional and always had a warm smile. We traveled with our 1 year old & they attended to all our requests in regards to his needs. Their hospitality made all the difference. The food, drinks, and amenities at Dreams Cozumel were all great, but it was the staff’s dedication that set this resort apart. In a week we are traveling to Mexico again & the only reason that we are not staying here is because we want to see more of the country! Truly a great resort!

Beach was nice but a lot of rocks.I have swim up room but was there 2 times because water was freezing, also in the swimming pool. Food in restaurants was great but breakfast buffet and buffet was terrible. Staff was nice. I like amenities with Haydi like aerobic in pool and volleyball on the beach.

My room wasn't cleaned our 1st day. Glass in the bathroom was dirty from day one. Not much intertainment during the day. Beds were comfortable. Food was ok. Glad we could go to Secrets and Sunscape.

Their customer service is amazing hands-down !! Miguel was one of our favorites with Juan by the pool side !! Coochie Coochie drinks for days hahah Raul made things right for us after knowing for 2 days we didn’t get our complementary bottles in our room. You the man & need to put him at front desk :) Angel was the best for breakfast time. Make sure you go see them at your stay and tip them all well!!! Well deserved for sure & because of them we will be back for service wise . The only thing I can say was disappointed about the resort is that the French restaurant was always closed three days in a row on the days that we call primetime “weekends” food around the restaurants could use more seasonings and real steak .Could use more shows / entertainment at night time as well .The weather was beautiful and scenery around the resort. Felt safe at all times and that’s excellent as they love to say 😉Thank you for our stay & till next time !!

We have stayed at the Dreams twice and highly recommend it the food is superior to most all other all inclusive resorts and the views and beach area are amazing. Highly recommend the suite rooms with a water view. The Clearwater is fantastic for viewing fish along with a morning swim to get your exercise in before eating and drinking the day away with beautiful views of the crystal blue Caribbean water.

The staff were amazing. Angel, Jesus, Marco, Yuriana and so many more made our stay most enjoyable. We will return for them, the wonderful food and awesome rooms. Well done Dreams staff! You will be missed. Especially Yuris smile😀

Truly a once in a lifetime experience. If I had to stay here again I would rather jump off the highest building on the resort. The food at the airport was better than the offerings at the hotel. Requests for extra towels / water etc went unfilled. Things were closed off schedule constantly and 1/5 of the staff was friendly and helpful at beat.

Es un hotel pequeño remodelado. Vale toda la pena por la playa, vistas.Las habitaciones están muy bien. En la recepción falta personal, solo hay un empleado. Las albercas están heladas. Los bufetes de desayuno y comida están bien normal. Nada lujoso. Los restaurantes de cena están muy buenos. El personal que te da la plática de los 90 min para venderte la membresía, cuando ven que no vas a comprar que solo quieres información te empiezan a tratar mal. Tiene tendencia machista obligan a que esté el esposo

All of the Dreams properties were very close and were very easy to explore. The staff was very accommodating and we especially liked the beach side restaurants available within our package.
