This is not a hotel, its a nightmare

This is not a hotel. they dont have receptionist, they dont help with luggage hold before and after your stay. they dont respond quickly to your written communication even when they dont have receptionist present. they dont have a telephone number to call.

The site says that there is a help desk to accommodate your arrival. But I received an initial email saying that the arrival was “autonomous” that I would get instructions for self check in. The email never arrived and no one answered multiple calls and emails. I had to get another hotel at the very last minute. This was a frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

La entrada y salida son faciles y rapidas, la habitacion es muy basica, si solo buscas donde dormir, que este limpio, privado y cerca del parque funidora ya que puedes ir caminando este es tu lugar, tiene varios lugares para comer, oxxo, etc.. cerca.

Me gustó que te contactan para darte los detalles de la estancia. Tiene puntos porque está a unos pasos de Centirmex y el Parque Fundidora. Está pequeño, pero si vas a llegar sólo a dormir, parece adecuado. Las instalaciones de la habitación no me encantaron, el cerrojo de la puerta del baño se cayó; las toallas eran pequeñas y se notaban ya gastadas. Hubo ruido por la tarde y noche, debido a que si usas el agua caliente en la regadera, como que la instalación no soporta la temperatura y se escucha un sonido raro.

La propiedad tiene una muy buena ubicación, además de tener al Fundidora cruzando la Avenida hay tiendas, restaurantes y transporte cerca. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, cuando son dos personas las que se hospedan puede ser incómodo pues al lado de la cama ya está el baño.
