Great place to stay. The public beach access is across the street and the beach is beautiful. We especially appreciated the beach access, shopping, dining, and grocery options all within the grove property, that this rental is part of. Communication and check in were easy, and we would recommend this property

Great location across street from 7MB. Beach is literally 50 yards from room. Near Governors house with adequate security in most area parking areas. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Beach chairs and towels supplied. Property pool is very small like a large jacuzzi (8'x12'). Gym advertised on property is misleading as we were not allowed to use it. Island Naturals on property was delicious but take a short walk to Eats for more economical eating. Hard to find a bad (or cheap) meal on the island. Nice to have a kitchen for some meals in house. We plan to book again knowing what we know.

I was supposed to stay for 7 nights, but only stayed 2 nights. I did not feel safe at all. Parking lot was full of construction workers hanging out after hours, and one of them followed me to my room. Did not see any security during my stay. Locked gate for the stairwell on the bottom level was left open for anyone to access.

Out of all the resorts this place was the most beautiful spot on the whole road. Has the best bakery and the best steakhouse literally located on the same property. Condo was very clean and has a very comfy bed and a very comfortable pull out couch. Will definitely stay at the same place if we visit again.

The location of the property was great. Seven Mile Beach is right across the street. The grocery/liquor store is downstairs from the property. The unit was very clean, cute and quiet.

The staff were highly communicative and were on property right when we arrived. We were able to get the key quickly and were given a tour. The place was clean, bright, and had all of the things we needed to feel at home -- soaps, shampoos, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, and a full set of dishes and cookware. The process was easy and our stay was nice.

The Grove was wonderful. Everything was new and clean. The beach is literally right across the street and a walk to the Westin. In the Grove is a small grocery with all your little needs which is super convening. 10/10 would stay again

The property was new and had a small store onsite as well as shops, a restaurant, and a gym. However, there was a LOT of construction when I went in May so it made it difficult to navigate on foot. There isn’t a lot outside of the complex unless you walk 30-45 minutes and that’s fine unless it’s scorching hot. The roosters were..whew! But, the beach was across the street, the property new, and the owners were responsive. You should get a rental if you’re gonna stay here but other than that, it’s great.

There is currently construction happening next door, which you can hear early in the morning. Also, unfortunately the closest beach access is a private beach area with a community who is possessive and unwelcoming. It was disappointing to learn this the hard way. The unit itself is nice. The amenities are also good. Grand Cayman is lovely. We just had better experiences on local beaches.

Do not stay here if you want any sleep!!!!

The one bedroom efficiency was super nice and it had all the convenience of home. What they failed to tell you that the noice around the unit was aweful . I arrived Saturday and that night there was screaming and yelling in the middle of the night. Every 6am the chickens started screaming and they are loud. There was an exercise place below the unit and at 6am you heard weights dropping and those heavy ropes hitting the floor. You didn’t need an alarm clock because it started at 6am every morning. Also there is construction going on next door and the constant hearing of bulldozers and saws started very early also. I specifically reached out to the property management to make sure there wasn’t any noise and she assured me there wasn’t. I tried reaching out to Angela the property management person several times and of course I wouldn’t hear from her or I would call again and of course she would say she never got the text or call even though it was on the same thread. Do not stay here if you are wanting some peace and quiet on your vacation. Also don’t expect any help from the management. After they give you the key they are done.

This apartment was fantastic for our family with kids! We especially appreciated the included beach gear (toys, umbrella, chairs) and the convenience of having a washer/dryer and BBQ. The location on 7-Mile Beach, near The Grove, was ideal. While the grocery store in The Grove was a bit pricey, the pool was a great bonus, especially for evening swims. Being within walking distance of Governors Square made it easy to access more affordable groceries and a wider variety of restaurants like the excellent Yoshi. Just a heads-up: the area can get crowded when cruise ships are in port. We had a minor issue with the bedroom sheets, but it was resolved quickly. Heads up: cleaning the apartment was not included during the stay.
