The room was a good size for London and the addition of a fan was great. Dinner and breakfast the following day we're both delicious and the gluten free options were much appreciated. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Lovely hotel with a lot of character. There was an issue with the elevator during our visit, and we wished the room itself had more outlets—otherwise, an exceptional place to stay in a great location.

We stayed there for one night as our flight out of London was cancelled and came very late so we did not have a lot of time. But it was a really nice room and the guy at the front desk was really nice.

Ideal base for southbank weekend. Good food and lovely staff. Not hotel’s fault but third floor very hot in high temps as no air con, so air con in pub restaurant was a relief! Overall lovely stay though despite hot night.
