Hotel maravilhoso, voltaria várias vezes! Piscinas lindas, serviço de bar ótimo, comidas deliciosas! Funcionários muito agradáveis em todos os setores, com destaque pra Alfonso, no bar da piscina, rapaz nota 10! Quarto espaçoso, sempre climatizado. Mar lindo na frente! Remember the time

Arriving to room directly in front of pool under construction, such an eye sore. Refrigerator wasn’t working, everything inside was hot, so I requested another room close to the operating pool (2 pools) to find out those are for the Premium guests. It’s my birthday weekend, if I had of the construction to the pool, I would’ve chosen another hotel. I chose that room for the pool view, my pool view is an eyesore. Staff was as accommodating as they could be, by changing my room the next day, closer to the end of the building. Since one of the pools was closed, the premium guests were looking at you like you’re breaking the rules. We all wore colored bracelets, it was a very unpleasant feeling for us, when you’re just trying to enjoy the pool.

The internet seems ok, on certain area in the resort. The staffs were excellent. We couldn't really use the balcony due mosquitos infestation in the back .

Ótimo hotel mas os funcionários não são simpáticos

Hotel excelente! Quarto enorme e lindo piscinas deliciosas, comida expecional, bebidas deixam A desejar, chopp apenas presidente e nunca estava gelado, cervejas somente pagando, vinhos muito bons, existem Muitas coisas pagas à parte no hotel, existe uma área, cardápio, transporte, bebidas exclusivas para o up grade chamado privilege, não há serviço como comida na piscina e bebida vc precisa ir pegar no bar, prepare-se para dar gorjetas se quiser ser bem atendido. Sou silver no hotéis.com então ganhei 70usd pra gastar no hotel, que é uma falácia pois teria que gastar 700usd e alguns itens ou serviços para conseguir usar esse crédito.

Le resort est magnifique, spacieux et impeccablement entretenu. Le personnel se distingue par une gentillesse et une attention remarquables, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Les cocktails sont savoureux et parfaitement réalisés. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont très confortables et généreusement aménagées, avec tout le nécessaire à disposition (gel douche, shampooing, serviettes, etc.), assurant un confort optimal tout au long du séjour. Les activités proposées sont variées et conviennent à tous les goûts, offrant un excellent choix pour se divertir. Un effort important est déployé pour la gestion des algues sur la plage, qui reste belle et suffisamment vaste. Les lits et transats de plage sont très appréciés pour leur confort et leur qualité (certains mériteraient d'être réparé ou remplacé, mais rien n'empêchant leur utilisation). Cependant, la qualité de certains produits alimentaires pourrait être améliorée afin d’élever davantage l’expérience culinaire globale.

This is a very nice, spacious hotel. I really enjoyed the layout with the restaurants being a bit separated from the rooms. It felt like its own little town, including a trolley to take you around. The food was excellent with a lot of options for each meal. There is always something open for food or a snack or even room service for free up until 11pm. The AC could have been cooler in the common areas, such as restaurants, gym, and family lounge. They tried their best to keep it cool but I understand the difficulties with it being the middle of summer. The room was nice. I wish they would do the room service earlier in the day because they always seemed to show up around 3pm when we were headed back to the room to get a break from the sun. Lastly, we were able to watch one show at night which was great. The infamous white party was just a dance party on the beach which wasn't super appealing to my kids. The 'show' they did that night was impossible to see because of everyone crowding around so if you weren't in the first few rows of people standing, you weren't seeing anything. Not a bad thing, just not my vibe. The only thing that was a little off putting to me was the staff always trying to sell me something daily, throughout the hotel. These included timeshare, excursions, massage and hair braiding and outside vendors selling souvenirs. It's their job though so it is what it is.

The property was great and the grounds were well kept. The beach was pretty and they cleaned the sargassum every morning. The main buffet had a lot of options and the food was pretty good. This was our favorite place to eat. The Japanese restaurant was also good. The room was clean but it took us 3 days of asking many times and different people a day if we could have sheets for the pull out couch. They always said yes, but then we would never receive any. Our biggest complaint was the A/C. We called every day about the AC, not working. The coolest our room ever got was around 73 degrees at about 3am. The rest of the time it stayed between 78 and 82.The bathroom was even hotter. They would respond that they would fix it and that is the best I ever got throughout the whole 6 day stay.
